Terrible Stay
When we reached at the hotel, the manager told us that this over booking. There is no room left. He gave us one temporary a compact room to keep our luggage and told us he would give us room in the evening aroud 6-7pm. We agreed to it as we didn't have any other option to go somewhere else. However, he actually gave us room round 8. 30pm. This room was not the type of room i booked. I have booked ac delux room but he gave us non ac room without tv. For compensation he offered us one time veg meal that was also not upto the mark. It was total waste of money, discomfort for us.

Excellent Stay
This is an excellent rustic farm to table stay, disconnect from the hustle bustle of a metropolitan life to experience first hand farm life and calm stay.

Best and largest resort in ratnagiri
The experience was not upto expectation. Hospitality was not good. The staff kept beckering, the whole property was abandoned and empty. We had requested for dinner, the owner did not ask us what we would like to eat and instead gave us very bland food which we did not like. The rooms were dirty n pool very dirty. There was no hot water, no soap, no handwash in room. Toilet was dirty. I had to clean it myself before using. Very bad experience

Tasteless food with no option and package water was not available
Far away from ganpatipule 37 km in a village, food was tasteless and price was too high, power backup was not there was no shop to buy package water as in property package water was not available.

Very unpleasant and nightmare
My stay at your resort was really bad. There was no room service and the owner was very rude and just cared about money. The place is too far from everything and you can’t even get a taxi easily. They don’t tell you how much everything costs until the end, and then the bill is huge. They even added 2000 rupees extra without telling us. When we asked about it, the owner got really mean and threatened us. It was a nightmare staying there. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all.

Excellent Stay
Calm place with beautiful forest atmosphere and private balcony, we came from tn. Stayed here with my grandfather, parents, husband and son. The hospitality was excellent, breakfast was awesome too. Kids friendly restaurant, and 24 hrs hot water. The rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect for peaceful stay and scenic attractions!

Poor Stay
Don't fool your valuable customers. You will all the trust from customers one fine day. The resort is located in a horrible remotest place. Accessing with a vehicle also a critical task. Don't misguide the customers.

Average Stay
Anandvan at kelye, ratnagiri is basically a lodging resort to unwind from the hustle of the city. It's located in the deep interior with mango plantations. Donot expect any room service or toiletries, but a large room with a hall. It's ideal for large gatherings. The food was typical of ratnagiri, tasty but very oily. The mornings are waiting to be lazyly enjoyed. Ours was a business trip and hence missed out on the other activities. Much needs to be done to convert it into a resort rather than an ashram feeling.

We went there for 2 nights
We went there for 2 nights and when we reached, there was no one to attend us. We wanted water and tea but there was no one at the reception as well as no telephone. Their manager took 2. 5 hrs to reach back. We booked a deluxe room and the tiles weren't clean. Ac as well as tv wasn't working. There was no wifi connection so we we're totally out of reach since we had no network there. Washroom had no toiletries and soap ect. Food was good but they only provide basic home food. I wouldn't recommend this resort as they totally failed to provide any service. Probably the owner had a habit of big constructions and no idea of management. Alas!

I checked in properly with family with my pet. The moment I checked in, Mr Bapat asked Rs extra giving excuses as I need more space for my Dog. How disgusting! As this property is registered for pet friendly, how can Mr Bapat ask for extra Money against already advance paid Also, I was told that I will not get food served in room. I & my family must have to be in present in common area for buffet. Why this is the compulsion? After 1 hour, my car got dashed by one of the guest car, I informed Mr. Bapat to look into this, but he was absolutely not responded till date. I will never dare to visit this place again 🫣 Thanks I got emergency & I checked out within 1 hr from this property.

Worth the money
familyProperty is half an hour drive from ratnagiri railway station. They send car to pick you up on charges. Food is fresh, homely, traditional maharashtrian seasonal cuisine. Property arranges for sightseeing too. Hygiene could improve. Its safe and picturesque place. The owners are adjusting too for early checkin.

Terrible Stay
There was no electric on both days in the morning. No water on both the days. Even after repeatedly asking for the same, it was not provided. Dinner food was given only after 9:30 pm and only after 9:45 am in the morning, which wasted a lot of time. The property is located very far from both city and ganapathi phule temple. Overall, the experience was very bad for the whole period.

Good Stay
Very huge area with different types of trees. The names of the trees was also mentioned. Good rooms. Good food. Good environment. For kids have play area, swimming pool are available. The sunrise is very beautiful. It is 12km away from bhayte beach and around 50km from ganapatipule. They have a meditation room. Owner is polite and take care of property himself. Owner was very kind to vacate his room for us as all the rooms were filled with guests.

Stay is not food as hotel is in remote place and staff also not good. Very rude manager and owner. Food is very very costly. 50 rupees will charge 500 rupees un this hotel.
