Hotel Anand

We found this hotel on Google maps & it was located near table view point. It's an average hotel with less price. If you want just stay without any amenities and have morning walk to a memorable view point then it's good choice.

Hotel Anand's experience was good. The staff and service in the hotel were good..The location is good. There are beaches nearby and there are no crowds of people. Hotel Anand is a good option for people who don't want crowds.

Property is located at a very peaceful place with less pollution. Staff also is polite. Nicely maintained.

Hotel experience is very bad. Hotel not provided complimentary water bottle. Food quality and taste very bad. Hotel 1 water bottle 25 rs charge. My 1st and last stay this hotel

Everything is good, location staff but only thing which i did not like that it is very far from main market so if you have your own vehicle than it is good else you have to depend on auto which they charge to much

Next time i visit ratnagiri this is the place that i'm definitely trusting with my stay. The staff was polite, the location is away from the city clutter. Neat bed linens, clean washrooms, and ample parking that's all i needed and they did not disappoint at any time.

It was good. The reception boys were helpful. The check in amd check out time was pathetic and u feasible. Overall good stay with 4 star ratings

Anand hotel need to improve on cleaning and security staff. I suggest not good for staying with family.

No beach view. Property not well maintained phone and wifi not working no warm water charged for extra bed inspite of booking along with children

Location is good. Food was pathetic, no choice & very very basic. Amenities nil services - hotel was short of staff, saw only 1 person running around. Absolute mess, no sound proof rooms, there were wooden panels between rooms.

The hotel is understaffed and weirdly designed. The hotel does not have a lift which makes it difficult for senior citizens. The hotel does not have an active kitchen to serve food. It seems they have shortage of chefs. Breakfast is not buffet and served on order. The location is 6kms outside ratnagiri and there are no restaurants nearby so the trip to city is a 15 mins trip one way.

Bathrooms were unhigenic.. bathroom door was not closing properly…beds were also very small.. AC outlet was leaking in bathroom…bathroom window was open.. outside people can see inside from stairs… food quality and taste was not good… service quality and room quality was poor…no power backup available

This is a good budget friendly option nearby Ratnagiri if you want to have sea view from ur rooms. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Bathroom could have been better. Its a big one but not maintained properly. Apart from that you get an additional living room with sofa which has sea view. This room is not air conditioned though. Restaurant is not that good but you get many options nearby and even food delivery is available in this area.

The room is very beautiful and the cleanliness of the hotel is also good. And the view from the room is also mesmerizing.

It's was not a ok experience for us as we were told that driver accommodation will be provided the tap for hot water was taken forever to get warm the television was not working cold drinks and ice cream was not available

hotel atmosphere was very well... cleaniness good 👍breakfast included... need much more improvement in food like lunch and dinner food

Hotel rooms were good. Food quality is also good. Staff were very helpful specially Anuj but in the Morning breakfast they should keep options. Overall a good stay.
