location excellent, very near to railway station. As our train was late we come back and stay in hotel for some time. service was very good.

The stay experience was very average, but the price of the rooms were so high, that we should be getting a beach facing view or a swimming pool, but nothing like that is available here.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The entire property was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. I also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was light, fresh, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely recommend.

It has been a terrible experience. Being Corporate Guest, I need a GST Bill, which I have told the receptionist at the time of chek-in itself. However, while checking-out the receptionist declined to issue a GST Bill, incorporating the GST No. of my Company. Then I requested to call the Manager. He created the whole rukkas and denied issuing the GST Invoice. Then I requested him to discuss the matter with MMT official and short out the issue as I requested. He called up the MMT Guy, who advised him, if Guest requires, you need to issue the Invoice incorporating the Corporate GST No. . But the manager kept on arguing with the MMT guy. Later on, the Hotel has given the required Invoice, but not for the amount, which I have paid, but with reduced amount for 2 days stay. I I strongly condemn, this kind of communication gap in between MMT and there business partners to avoid the situation of misbehaviour with the Guest

*4/5 Stars* I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The room was comfortable, hygienic, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. The toilet and toiletries were also impressive, with a good standard of cleanliness and amenities. However, the breakfast quality was a bit of a letdown. While the service and spread were good, the food could definitely be improved. Perhaps adding more variety or fresher ingredients would elevate the experience. Despite this, I'd still recommend this hotel for its excellent room and amenities. With a bit of tweaking on the breakfast front, it could easily score a perfect 5 stars!

Sangam Regency, Ratnagiri, is very conveniently located near Ratnagiri railway station, close to Hatkhmba Ratnagiri highway, just 2 mins walking distance. The premise is well maintained, ample light and airy and pleasing. The rooms are well ventilated, large, clean. Bathrooms are neat and clean. The icing on the cake is their restaurant which served sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a separate bar which serves good variety if liquor brands from Indian to Imported ones as per your desire. The rates are reasonable. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. My first choice of stay at Ratnagiri is always Sangam Regency. You feel like Home away from Home Regards,
