Good place to stay, could be wel maintained

Hotel is at a very good location, in the middle of the town and market place. But property is not well maintained. Sofa in the room was broken, staff was struggling to extend it to make it a bed at night. TVs were not working. So we had to call for repair. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Many items were served cold and always short on the counter. Food was tasteless, Idli was hard and sour (felt as if not fresh) and sambar was super sweet, we eat more after tasting 1 spoon. Cut fruits were smelly, felt not fresh. Many items were missing on counter and were told to wait as they were still cooking. And most importantly, serving staff rarely smiled and looking sad. This place has been our favourite place to stya ever since it was Citrus. This was our 5th -6th stay. But felt like Hotel lost its charm after the management changed

Food taste and quality Excellant. Ambiance: Excellant. Location: Excellant. Staff: Excellant. The entire staff brigade is very courtious, polite, having charming smile, very prompt, helpfull and what more to say. To summerise this will be my only destination if i visit kolhapur henceforth.

Over priced property with disappointing experience

We had booked the biggest room available through make my trip. The room in the photos and reality are very different. In reality the room is small than what they quote. The price they charge and the room they provide are not at all comparable. The room was old and shabby for Rs 7500 that they had charged us. The towels and blanket were untidy as well. The room didn’t have bottled water which is a basic expectation when you pay Rs 7500 for a room. They had kept RO water bottles, when we asked them to provide us with bottled water. They told us that this is what they provide in all hotels pf Royal Orchid brand. Any good hotel would have been courteous enough to give us bottled water they clearly weren’t. The parking space is not enough, when we reached there the parking space was over and we had to park on the street. Please people its my humble request don’t blow your 7-8K hard earned money over this hotel. They service and the rooms are not at all worth for the price.

I searched for the city-side hotels in Kolhapur, so I select the Regenta Place with good ratings and services which they provide to the customers are amazing in the best price. Location is near by the MahaLaxmi temple it basically in mid of city where every place is nearby like station bus stand market malls. Food,amenities and services are amazing no doubt. Highly recommended for staying.

The hotel is located well and accessible. Rooms are decently sized and bathroom is clean. Shower partition is a good thought. They don't have sufficient car parking and you are parked on the street. That's definitely a flip side. Overall satisfied with the stay.
