Room size and Parking Space
Room was too compact and Parking was 2 very far from Hotel and no lift was available. Also complimentary water given was only half litre which is very poor from Hotel. Breakfast was paid service inspite of higher hotel rent

Excellent Stay
I had booked the hotel and was a bit pessimistic about it reading the past reviews, but to my surprise the stay was very good beyond my average expectations, no doubt the room offered to me was small, but the remaining facilities were pretty good, the staff was cooperative and considerate. The toilet was clean and the wc see was located exactly where we expected it in the bathroom. It would have been still good if the arrangement could have some rod fittings to hang semi soiled clothes. Food in the hotel restaurant was good but a bit costly. All in all a repeat value experience, we would have to visit if the rates are affordable as what were now. Thank you mmt and hotel vivek.

short stay in Ratngur
stayed for three nights the hotel was Just right and the staff could not do enough for us the restaurant and bar Just right the food is very good, would we stay again? yes.

Rooms were clean. Food was good however a bit expensive considering location. Staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Good Stay
Central location, ample parking, excellent room service, clean rooms. Restaurant is good too, slightly on the expensive side.

Terrible Stay
familyOne of the worst experience we had, they offered us very dingy room for family saty. I had requested them change it but hotel staff was very arrogant saying no to the request

Value for money
The hotel is clean. The staff is very helpful. Situated in the middle of the city. The overall experience is very good.

Excellent Stay
It was a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth even though it was 0400 hrs early morning. Although we booked for deluxe room which was of a smaller size, the room was neat and clean including the wash room. We would certainly come back.

Yes. Nice food, premises is well lighted and hygienic, very comfortable stay. Since it is located close to main road due to which some times can be disturbing. Very much suitable and comfortable for family stay.

businessAttitude at reception is very crude and non cooperative. Not value for the money. At this rate there are several better options in ratnagiri now. Actually booked on face value but disappointed.
