Everything was just amazing. The room, service, friendly staff, peaceful location, food and just everything.

Leela cottages is wonderful resort. The room was neat, clean and designed with an artistic point of view. I absolutely loved it. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The property has asthetuc value and elegant giving a very authentic charm. Pool is sufficient; the access to sea is amazing with modest options of restaurant

Great cozy place, very nice cottage. Staff is friendly and ready to help with any questions. Breakfast with 6-7 dishes variety was included. Hopefully come back to Leela cottages again.

Everyone around is warm & welcoming this place just host you like a home , must visit & experience the Vibe & soulful Nature among the property

Fan did not work properly for two days despite complaint ... Spa did not accept us for an15 min delay due to traffic

Leela Cottages is nicely located near Ashwem Beach, offering a peaceful vibe and a rustic look. However, the overall experience doesn’t justify the high price. The rooms are basic and some are not well maintained , with some essential amenities lacking or inconsistent. Service is slow and not very attentive, and the included breakfast is minimal. While the property has aesthetic appeal, it feels more style over substance. For the price, there are better places nearby that offer more comfort, better service, and greater value. It’s an average stay, more suited for the location than the actual experience provided.

The location and cottages were nice but the service provided by staff was very poor.This is what you not expect after paying this much .Staff was arrogant and rude .Got the extra mattress in room after asking atleast 4times . Receptionist and other staff simply juss don't care !!

The location is good, but construction was going on the property, which made the stay a little bit inconvenient. Food is very expensive. The property is on the beach, staff are very friendly these are the only plus points.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is done up really well. Rooms are very cozy. Only drawback is the ac capacity is really small for the size of the room hence it takes really long for the room to cool. Overall a very good experience.

Just not clean enough. No tv in the room even though it was listed. Ants would fall from the rafters. Sand on the floor was not cleaned by the cleaners. Breakfast was very limited and of poor quality.

The property is very beautiful and the staff is really helpful. It is only a few steps away from a peaceful and clean beach. The luxury cottages are very spacious and very well maintained. The location of the property is excellent in case you want to enjoy the most beautiful sunset views. There are many sea facing shacks and happening restaurants near the property for a variety of food options.

The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. There are 2 restaurants one inside the cottage where the breakfast is served. Good food and another one on the beach which was damn expensive and not value for money.

Actually at time of check inn, we all wr nervous, but further problem solved, ambience was good

This one is a truly rustic restaurant right on the beach. As cosy as it gets. Long lost technique building a house.

😎 Brilliant Location!!! Is closer to Morjim beach( Excellent beach to spend a day away from crowds) and obviously there is sea touching the resort stairs. Had a three nights stay.Spacious rooms. Housekeeping was excellent. TV was not working. It took some time but it was replaced with functional one. Reception and restaurant staff were very warm and welcoming. European restaurant that is sea-facing had delicious food being served. ☹️ Breakfast menu was not really encouraging. I would suggest looking for other options or better preparations. Although Masala omelette saved the day. May be we visited during off season towards September End.
