worst experience - do not want to recommend anyone to stay here. Also requesting MMT to remove this resort from your checklist immediately.

It was a good experience colva beach is hardly a 5 minute walk in distance. Ac and TV working properly. Room service is ok. The receptionist is very supportive. Restaurants are available near hotel

Location is good but accommodation and room quality is very poor

The overall stay is decent, No parking facility. They will ask to park after 11.00 pm in a hotel where only 2 cars can park. Till that time need to park near the beach open parking.

MakeMyTrip makes it so easy to find such an amazing stay and the behaviour of the staff working there is just amazing and they are polite to everyone and everything

The staff, the location, the ambience, all perfectly suits the goan vibe. Colva beach is just about 2 min walk. The Owner is very cooperative and friendly.

Not satisfied this time with the earlier experience as like second home, no towels provided only mattress provided on demand TV recharge done after repeated requests

I had a booking of two days but I checked out within a day as hotel room condition was very pathetic, there were 2 lizards one in hall and other in bathroom, house keeping was not at all available TV was not in working condition wall's . photos was different and actual condition of rooms was different already shared photos with MakeMyTrip but still no favourable response and also haven't got the refund back even after honestly giving the review.

Good room.. but it needs to be more spacious. Otherwise all is fine. Food are delicious, fast service.

The hotel staff is helpful, rooms are also clean n good, the beach is near to the hotel, many food options are nearby, overall a good place to stay in colva.

This property was very well maintained with staff being very helpful and polite. They honored our request to provide room at ground floor.

This hotel is one of the worst places to stay. It offers no proper facilities and feels like a below-average lodging, yet charges resort-level rates. Despite claims of being renovated, the property is far from it. shows no concern for guest satisfaction. The water heater is in terrible condition and so unsafe that you might be afraid to use it. Additionally, there’s no proper parking available—you’re forced to park in a public beach parking lot until late at night, sometimes as late as midnight. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind.

Good place to stay at affordable price.. rooms were clean with good ventilation... just a suggestion to install exhaust fan in washroom area....

Location was Good, but super Deluxe Room had far away from even Deluxe. The bedsheet was found torn and very old. On request, was changed by fresh looking, but smelling bedsheet, heavy oudour of detergent. In fact my wife had spent a sleepless night due to it. Bathroom is small. there was no mirror for dressing up, in the room, you can't go to bathroom, for dressing with Costly dress. Not at all value for money, rather wastage of money. The extra mattress was only 2 inch thick, seemed more like sleeping on the footpath. The stares were very stiff and narrow, very careful a child should go, up and down through it.

Rooms were good neat and clean and nice hospitality by the hotel staff i had a pleasant and memorable stay with my family
