Staff was good and service was also good... it was a comfortable experience in budget.. they take care of our children too.. I am so happy with it.. must visit

The alor holidayvresort is not v good. Is o. K. Some electrical maintenance issues in rooms. Some front desk service issues. Veg food doesn't seem v good. So on the whole just manageable. Scs

Staff are cordial, breakfast was also nice, only internal telephone line needs to be restore. Overall experience was good

It was an above average experience, with an average budget. The food was good the pool was nice and cooperative staff. The room provided to me was large enough for 2 people. Hot water was available whenever required. I visited there in the beginning of monsoon. The only problem i experienced was the mosquitoes, too many mosquitoes. Other than that it was a great experience

Ac not working sometimes refrigerator water came out side in the room many times. And no one came for cleaning the room

Terrible very bad experience as soon as we entered the premises. People sitting at reception don't know how to talk to customers. Very rude and asking for i'd proof even for kids, even it was not mentioned in any of the policy nor even communicated via email or message. Rooms very old condition and can easily find insects inside rooms and bathroom. No room service like changing bed sheets and towels for continuous 2 days and later when asked they changed on 3rd day. Makemytrip pols review it and do something for your customers. However food was good.

Good: 1. Lunch/dinner was good 2. Rooms are spacious 3. 1. 5km from calangute beach. Better to walk then take car poor: 1. Reception is not customer friendly. They repeatedly ask for id proof of small kids as well. Make sure to carry id cards of kids as well. 2. Condition of the room is average. There were water marks on the wall, paint chipped off, could see insects crawling in bathroom corners. 3. Breakfast is below average 4. Swimming pool is not properly maintained with patch marks on the swimming floor. 5. Even though it is peak season in goa (last week of dec, the staff was whitewashing the building and balcony was a mess. Could not use balcony at all. 6. No regular cleaning of room (we stayed for over 4 days and they cleaned it on 4th day on our request only. 7. Arrangements were not made in time. We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 extra mattress but 2nd extra mattress was only provided late in night after repeated explaining of the bookking need. 8. Limited availability of beer variety. Only bud and kf is available. If you prefer any other, can visit a close by store.

Hotel was very basic. Services were not good. Food provided was not up to the mark. There was no bed provided as they don't have extra beds. This was not mentioned earlier. We were given a mattress to sleep on floor.

Very basic breakfast even road sides eateries /thelas provide way better than this. No lift our room was given on third floor. Very old construction. We needed to request to clean the room again and again. Hotel reception is rude. Only advantage is near to beach 1-1. 5 kms. We requested to send water bottle to room again and again. Service is slow and poor. Bedsheets are not changed daily and room are not cleaned daily.

Breakfast quality - worst, staff - do not have manners, reception - not available many times and hard to contact, room quality - poor. If you are travel-ling with family please avoid this.

Good and very short distance to all the beaches and hotels in calanguate. It was very fine and also nice chill out at swimming pool and facilities are all good.

Very good hotel cum resort very nice location near to calangute beach and they provide cheap taxi and scooty rentals from hotel, hotel staff behaviour was very good. Overall very nice experience.

I didn't know that my room got upgraded to literally a 1 bhk. The location is so near to calangute beach that you can enjoy the full night at calangute and still you will be able to make it to the hotel without any company. Swiggy coverage near that area is excellent. Guard, receptionist, electrician uncle (he was so good and nice that he arranged a master remote for my ac as mine was not working, he also got my kids fav channel recharged)the breakfast buffet was amazing for that under 100 rs cost.

Best hotel at that price room with green balcony swimming pool food was also good room has enough space with cleanliness location was about 200m from local market of calangute you can take rent bike or car breakfast also was good overall 4 ratings out of 5

Good and nice for families and friends etc hotel management and services are very good to have nice restort
