Fan was not working, had a timer so had to put it on after every 1 hour.

No sanitization. No cleanliness. Bathrooms are slippery and smells of damp. Bedsheets are dirty. You can find dead insects and cockroachs on bed. Pillow covers are stained. Ceilings are cracking. Half of the lights are not working, the ones that are working are broken. Pool is extremely dirty, can't even dip your feets there. Entire property is a mess. Mud is being dumped right at the entrance. Garbage is also dumped right besides the room. On top of this they didn't give us check in to our room until 5pm, as the room was not ready.

Needed more service while in the late night without disturbing the other people

The worst stay ever. I would never recommend this resort to any traveller. Ac had no remote, tv was not working. The manager would never lift the phone. The lights were not working properly. It wasn't safe at all. The bathroom had broken stuff. There was no shampoo, soap etc, in the resort. The pool for some reason was never properly cleaned. There were insects like ants and frogs and flies etc roaming in the bathroom. The door was so loose we had to lift the door in order to close it. I want my money back as it not only waster my time but also wasted my vacation. Very bad.

Place is best for a person who is coming first time in Goa, no restrictions and staff is too good. Food quality is too good and it can be rated 5/5.

Everything about the hotel is good. We had few issues with the washroom but still nevertheless was value for money. Pros: Budget hotel. Good and tasty food. Cool owner. Good service. Cons: We had an issue with washroom but wasn't fixed. Amazing place would be really great if it was maintained. Still it's worth the money though. Bike rented was rusty and old. Still it did the job. Towels were cleaned but they were old. Ambience we reached kind of off-season so couldn't rate. In off-season 1/5. Value for money 4/5. Cleanliness 2.5/5. Look and appeal 3/5. Services 2.5/5. If rooms were cleaned daily and the bathroom was fixed then would have been 5/5. Bar and restaurant 4/5. Food was delicious.

Nice place, value for money, we 3 members booked a Non AC room for 2 nights for 2, nice. Good behavior and corporation from the staff and owner, the only problem we faced is we have to buy the packed drinking water additionally from the nearby restaurant, they are not providing filtered/hot water for free of cost

It was very nice atmosphere there but room are very unhygienic and bathroom and some other utilities not working properly, breakfast was so terrible and service was very average.

Resort wise. It's a whole good place to stay. It gives u a good feel, but only thing I want to suggest is cleanliness of beds if they could be more clean. We enjoyed everything other than that.

We had a stay for 3 nights. Exterior was quite average. Swimming pool was not in a condition to use. Room service is not proper. Caretaker is quite helpful but need to manage hospital.

Resort is at nice location, you can visit 4 to 5 beaches in 10 to 15 minutes and the restaurants near resort are also good, the only minus point is room service is very very poor, otherwise good stay.

Food was ok. The rooms and Resort needs to renovated and cleaned.

Cleanliness is zero, I don't understand why MMT has listed this hotel. Sure it is cheap but at least cleanliness is basic thing that everyone will like. But there is nothing.

From start to end I was ensured a safe and happy stay and they made sure that I left Goa with a big smile on my face! Thank you so much for everything I will definitely be back here again!

Make my trip you gave me the worst hotel ever to stay in Goa. First of all, I had an early flight. I reached hotel at 8 am then I tried to check in as I had the 6 am check in instead they gave me my room at 12 noon, no internet, no TV working, tried calling MMT no reply. No light, only ac in the room that too very old, no hygiene, no soaps, no water bottle provided, no towels.
