Place was disappointing, room smell bad and it was not well ventilated, security was also a concern. Only thing good about the place was the staff, they were polite

I booked beach view but somehow they tricked me and I ended up staying in Garden view..very bad experience so would advise not to rely and verify your Booking detail very clearly before your trip. about hotel - location is really good but their garden view rooms are just average and it's very costly while the similar or better rooms you can easily find in near by hotels with better experience. Sea view room is good if you actually get it ( not just booking) . Restaurant food and restaurant sea view is good but overall room service is very very poor . they don't even clean the room next everyday so overall it's average stay but beach side location is good

Worth it. Basic amenities were there . Superb view from balcony which I will rate 100/10 😍. Food comes from a shack . Food was good .

Pros- On the beach, Resort staff is helpful and accommodating, Rooms are ok size, Thia is new construction of Dersy, so more facilities will come overtime. Food is also ok, Peaceful environment Cons-Intercom, TV not installed, Room service..Space constraints for other facilities like beach beds

All is fine in the room..though exhaust fan was not working in washroom, and dressing table light wsnt working ..food is ok.good view from sea view hut just teh staff is disinterested and makes the place boring.may be ask ur customers more..provide sunbeds properly..set table on beach like other hotels with candles.

The room absolutely had a great view but the quality of the stay was bad! the doors were inefficient with holes and gaps in between the door and walls. Not well done rooms! there was sewage foul smell in the bathroom. It was so terrible to even spend 2 minutes. When we asked for a room change, it wasn’t possible as every sea view room were filled. Terrible experience! the basic condition of the room was terrible!

Great location, rooms and food! Loved the stay right by the beach, the lip-smacking meals watching the waves and sunset. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Had basic needs catered to - kettle with tea/ coffee, small wardrobe, toiletries and towels. Loved the sit outs, especially helpful to dry up before you enter the room. The staff were very attentive, especially at the restaurant (thanks Rakesh!). Reasonably good parking available. Overall, enjoyed the stay, at the hotel as well as the location.

Hotel is good but lack basic amenities like fridge in room especially with this price range. Restaurant is below average. Will rate 2 star

Nice simple and quiet resort in the south goa. The cottage’s are rather simple, but that allows you to sleep in front of the sea with the great views and sounds. The personnel is extremely helpful and friendly.
