It was an average stay at the hotel. Room was good but very congested place. pool weren't open after 6pm. At the time of check in no electricity and bath towel were available

I recently stayed at Calux Joia Do Mar Resort, Goa, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. location of the hotel is very convenient , I Would definitely stay here again in the future.

It's a decent property, but the timings isn't right. 2 pm to 11 am. That could have been better and services could have been a lil better too.

very average hotel
resort was good. at good location. but service and food was very average. we stayed for 4 days and didn't even get buffet breakfast for once. everyday ot was finished or unavailable. room.aervice is too slow. they didn't clean the room daily even after multiple requests. lots of fire flies n ants in room. overall very average hotel with bad service.

Fantastic stay.
Beautiful hotel and very good and spot on location, food is also very tasty and hygienic, over all experience is good, some improvement also required specially sealing and quality of mattress.

Terrible Stay
Pathetic service. I’m struggling since TFS day we’ve reached here. We have booked 2 rooms and having a very bad experience here. There’s hardly any housekeeping staff. Rooms would get cleaned after 3-4 pm. There’s no water in the property. We wasted our time n were struggling for basics like water to he given every morning. Our room’s AC is not working and the reception is least bothered. Worst staff ever! She’s a shrewd lady!! And is not at all worried about the pathetic service provided!!

Excellent Service and Helpful staff
Experienced excellent service. Considering we joined with our baby, allowed us for early check in and late check-out (Of course it's subject to availability and luckily we got it). Manager Shree helped us in the entire stay and process. Check in and Check out process was completely hassle free. done in just 5-10 mins max. We enjoyed the swimming pool and servings offered over there. The person serving there is quite polite and helpful in all manners.
