Food was average. Rooms were clean but furniture was old in villa which we booked. Staff was really good and cooperative. Swimming pool was good.. music adeed more fun there. Overall it could be great experience if rooms and food were good.

Poor service and property not well maintained
Property is not nicely maintained, stinky rooms, ac not working properly, room service is poor, checked in to the room and no towel provided, ac not working, room service delayed after so many follow up

Excellent Stay
Our stay was very good and ambience of the hotel was soo nice. Staff was soo polite. And the food was tasty. Wifi was not working properly.

Terrible Stay
The property location is good but the service provided by the resort is terrible.We books 3 rooms for 4 nights and 5 days with breakfast and dinner but faced many issue related to the staff service and the taste less food.They said most of their staff is on holidays so the house keeping guy comes in the evening after many phone call requests to clean the room.The door lock was also not working and they do not have anybody who can change or repair it. The intercom was not working,the fan regulator was not working and regarding the food they served cold food with less variety and in the main course all the stuff was too sweet even the sabji and dal too.We often asked them to make it at least a little bit spicy and the most terrible thing was that they served same sweet in lunch which they served previous dinner.so overall

Terrible Stay

Terrible Stay
We as couple were staying in room(16.10.25 to 20.10.25),spending quality time,house keeping staff entered in our room with master key after we shouted on him,he says that management has told him to do so,GM of this hotel is very unprofessional he says that this is very normal that our house keeping enters in every room with master key(without permission)

Good Stay
Good experience ,breakfast also yumm ,pool is neat and clean . Front office staffs are co oprative throughout the stay but Only draw back is they need to maintain a bar which is near pool.

Terrible Stay
Extremely bad experience. Unhygienic rooms, unclean bed sheets and pillow covers, broken washbasins, no hand towels provided, intercom wasn’t working, very cramped breakfast place and poor food served. Had to repeatedly request for water bottles and only then they sent it. Asked them to clean the room, however they did not sent anybody. Terrible experience. Suggest you not go for this hotel at all.

Excellent Stay
best stay we hav experienced in Goa .. we stayed for 3 days .. rooms wer neat nd clean with specious balcony.. the ambiance is very good and the resort surrounded with trees and greenary was wonderful nd the swimming pool is just wow .. we enjoyed a lot and had a wonderful stay .. will visit again for sure .. highly recommended... thank u will miss u Calux . special thanx to Amresh , Sridevi , Sandhya and staff .

It was an average stay at the hotel. Room was good but very congested place. pool weren't open after 6pm. At the time of check in no electricity and bath towel were available

I recently stayed at Calux Joia Do Mar Resort, Goa, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. location of the hotel is very convenient , I Would definitely stay here again in the future.
