Property was good, beach areas are at walking distance, we can rent a bike over there easily and very budget friendly

Worst place to stay dirtiest room provided with no ac remote. Once we opened window honey bee started coming to room. Dirty beds blankets. No lift in the building. No option for food delivery. No room service. Curtains in smelling conditions. Washrooms window doesn’t have glass or anything. No proper entrance no parking. Property is not save at all. Any random person can enter to the building

Worst not book any one because staff will be not responding and the totall room was bad smell come and they will not spar y any liquid to come good smell and not providing tavvals and saops etc

Nice stay hotel is nearby Calangute beach, service is good, peaceful😌 hotel.

Very poor management and very unhygienic place for a solo traveller in their dorm please be safe as there is no any kind of safe place to store your luggage

Horrible. when i was trying to checkin. I was not accept. In fact. The manager trying to charge me an extra charge like if i wanna atay. It's very bad experience i've never had a hotel like this. The manager. Is. Acting pro. Please don't book this hote. Go for another one.

Bad mosquitoes all around smelly and over expensive it was a fraud only not worth the stay i cousnt sit for 5 mins even there

Location are very good but hotel staff not clean room and also not asking for tea coffee and bad is breck so not comfortable

The room which shown on make my trip app and those room is given to us is totally different. Very very bad room room not clean properly, wash room are very pathetic, shower handles broken, door room handles broken, beds are very dirty. I’m recommended to all do not stay here ever. Very very bad service and hotel is this.

We had booked a room for 5 adults but the size of the room can't fit 5 people so we had to take another room the hotel staff is very rude they don't have any interest in the guest i request everyone not to book this hotel

1. The hut that has got beach view directly from the room window is booked by airbnb. So one can’t get booking of that room fron make my trip 2. Room that we got was terrible. 3. Rooms were dirty 4. You wont be getting any private bathroom 5. Restaurant will charge you 600 for 2 boiled eggs etc etc

I stayed at kay's for 4 days it was very pleasant stay..staff was very polite and coprative ..food No i idea...location is best.. overall best hotel in this budget.
