vibrant location, utmost experience, sea facing restaurant, right on famous calangute beach. will recommend my friends. enjoyed a lot till late evening with soft music sea side bar

There is no road to go to the hotel. Water was coming out of the wash basin tap and on top of that the stool was broken. The voltage was fluctuating throughout the day and the ac was not cooling properly. Got bad breakfast. Could not contact anyone for room service as there is not even a phone in the room. On top of that there is network issue in the room and their wifi is also ruined.

Room are not as per shown in photos , they have food /drinks menu but most of items are not available/out of stocks. Bath towels were not provided for day2… very disappointing stay

The photographs shown and reality is far away from the moon to earth. There is no sea facing room or window to any of the rooms. Only the dining area is sea facing. The entrance gate is challenging to find out. Communication to the resort is difficult because of not having a straight pakka road and wrong gps coordinate. However the resort staff are cooperative and gentle. Food quality is up to mark and other services are good.

1. Property directions should be more elaborate, as the path to the hotel is too narrow. Anyone can get confused/stuck on the way with google maps. 2. No one was available at the given contact number / no callback. 3. Average service 4. Parking is far from the hotel( this should be clearly mentioned in the description.

If you want to experience unhygienic stay and have no one to help you then this is the place you want to go. This is so much terrible that even a cheapest hotel in goa will have better cleanliness and responsive staff

I recently stayed at lillywoods z ac beach resort, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. There were several issues that impacted my stay. Firstly, only hot water was available, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a recurring power issue, with the lights going out every two minutes, which was frustrating and disrupted my comfort. The bathroom glass was broken, posing a safety risk, and the pathway to the room was uneven and poorly maintained. Later, they shifted to another hotel, lillywoods highland beach resort, which was about 5 km away, located inside the city rather than on the beach. This relocation further disappointed us, as the ac did not work throughout the night, and there was a water backflow near the kitchen, resulting in a very smelly and dark room. We ordered food at night, but it was not delivered as we were told the kitchen had closed. Considering i paid around 4500, i expected a much better experience for a hotel near the beach.

“The room is okay, but the rate is too high, and there’s a persistent electricity problem with power cuts every 5 minutes. Despite multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved, which spoiled our trip. Don’t waste your money—choose a better hotel nearby.”

Location is awesome, food is good but swrvices were terrible, for 3 days of stay tgere was 2 day of electric problem, which we don't expect in a 3 star atleast

Beachfront resort, mainly its restaurant is beach facing. cleanliness problem, full of 🦟. no view

Place is dirty, people are rude, rooms are all faulty with something or the other issues. The receptionists behave very rudely

Utter worst stay we ever had, lot of electricity issues over here, unhygenic, dont get fooled by looking photos. No beach view and no proper entrance for the resort. Worst worst worst can describe in my words, no proper sleep all night with all the irritating ac sounds and voltage issues please don't visit to this resort. Worst is the small word to describe!

Not value for money, very expensive for a cheap hotel. There numbers don’t work and the location is far, even zomato struggles to get there. Bathroom is very dirty too. It’s like an oyo but they charge like Taj.

No internet (so many times i have asked, not arranged anything) food varieties are not there. Room is little small no power backup only cash and card will accepted (no upi) room was stinky and small

The check-in process was seamless and efficient, our room was a stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities like a minibar, safe, and complimentary toiletries made our stay even more enjoyable. The service at the beachfront calangute was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always available to help. Location: the hotel's beachfront location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean

That resort is very bad in all area room are not clean, bathroom are not good, ac not working if ac start it will give sound like bullet start, no proper entrance, cab not able to reach so we have to walk and search the hotal please give me refund

Rooms were too small & stinky, whole property was covered with plastic because of rain so there wasn’t any view of sea from property
