Poor Stay
Stay was dirty , towels were dirty , sheets were dirty. Only the bathroom was clean . Few of the room had a mould problem.

Terrible Stay
No early check in was provided. They have asked 1000 rs for 1 hr prior checkin. After 12 also they took 25 mins to provide the room which is very worst. Room is not cleaned properly and lot of hairs on bed.. further to this, full of bad smell. Then they changed the room after a complaint of smell. That is some what okay but very very poor in status.. no proper locks… no varieties in the food for that also we have to wait to have food. Alu paratha previousday night boiled egg, bread butter jam tea coffee banana water melon and worst vada was provided. Staffs behaviour was okay. That hotel is not trying to improve just simply keeping everything. You stay and do complaint waht ever you want and then go policy they are following….

ac not working upgraded room with single bed for 2 no Maintainance for deluxe and premium rooms lift is uncensored not detecting humans while closing. staff is good beacause it was week day

Location vise is good, but the room are not good as shown per images in the album very poor maintenance, dust in glasses cups , kettle are not cleaned well taps are leaking in the bathroom, worst experience ever had

Lift was not functioning properly The staffs are confused all the time The service is slow The room I was given had mites in the beds I had to ask for the complimentary water bottles and toiletries initially There was no water on one morning and no intimation of the same was conveyed.

Terrible Stay
I've never seen a hotel like this. Supreme Hotel doesn't even deserve for one star. useless staff and management. Taps are broken, no latches to doors, AC not working, no battery im AC remote. I will suggest not to book online. totally waste of money. even no proper breakfast, they say fruit plate for breakfast and they gave water melon four small cut pieces and 2 boil eggs

Location is in hectic place and no place for car parking nd rooms are also not so great and AC not working and cost is more when booked rooms directly
