Review Of Filcon Resort

Stayed for 5 nights during last week of august 2024 with my wife. Location is great, 2 min walk to patnem beach, has general store, good places to eat, peaceful location, filled with greenery. Room was ok, felt like a home, clean, wifi was weak in our room. Had a peaceful time here as it was off-season and raining. . Peaceful stay. Great location. Close to beach

Pros very close to patnem beach there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby cons ac was not cooling overpriced no lift

This is nice and new property, so its clean and good. Owner is very polite and humble. The stay is very near to beach, especially to all the three beaches.

The stay at the falcon resort was very convenient as it was easy accessible to shops, bars and beaches. The stay was very comfortable with basic amenities available in the room. It had its own private balcony which makes it more premium and small kitchenette to cook and boil simple food. Its absolutely a place i’d recommend to stay in the next visits!

It's worth staying in filcorn resort. Staff is friendly and rooms are very clean and neat. Overall all the stay is greater.

It a very decent homely stay atmosphere detached from the city area. Also it's walkable distance from patnem beach. i will recommend others to consider this for their visit to south goa

Rooms was not maintained properly lights was too low blanket was too small

Pros - hot water good, early check in option without extra charges, induction facility, cons - they will not provide room cleaning service even if you stayed for 2 days and there is lot of dust on fan and tv and tv is not yet connected only, ac water leakage, no lift facilities if you got the room on higher floor, and they have mentioned there are no pet’s in the property we have found 2 boxer opposite to our room and the barking sound is next level. And please keep clean and uniformed dinner plates and bath towels

It is recently constructed property. The rooms are very good. The bathrooms are clean. Ample parking space. 500 meters walking distance from the beach.

I had a different idea of what it would be but falcon resort turned out to be even better. A no fuss stay with helpful people and a quite locality just what i had wished for in patnem

No support from staff very bad

The owner was extremely friendly and was flexible with the check in timings which helped us a lot. The rooms were neat and comfortable. We didn't order fr the hotel but eating places are at about 1km. Distance

Very helpful staff. Very clean room

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the stairs and hallways are swept, mopped and sanitized daily. The manager, steven is very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Enjoyed our stay definitely coming back again.
