Stayed for 2 days. Even though first impression was not great seeing the stairs only as entry, from reception you will see it is a great hotel for it's price. Staff was extremely friendly and the room itself was really spacious and clean. There was an issue with the AC but eventually woth the help of the staff it was resolved.The view is actually road side not that much to see. Though it was great location cause it was really lose to calangute beach like 5-10 min walk and it was between the market smo really great area. Really good restaurants nearby, my advise first see all the restaurants then decide where to go.overall fantastic experience in this hotel. Highly recommend it.

it is at a prime location which is within 5 minutes walk from Calangute Beach. The Restaurants and Public Transport is readily available. The staff is courteous and it is value for money. Please do not have too much expectation as it is not a 5 STAR hotel.

Worst place AC not working in any rooms, I was shifted to different rooms till evening. Staff scared of the owner so even they don't report maintenance issue to him. At least the Owner should keep someone with hospitality experience or he should gain some.

Hi, first day, I have stayed at Dimar beach house hotel. It is nearest Calangute Beach. It facilities average, but it is near about beach so it is very easy to enjoy beach side and second i have stayed at Casa di Silver. It is very nice place Near Baga Beach and its facilities is very good. Food is tasty and nightlife. Enjoy a very much to stay here, thanks for make my trip to arrange easily and cheapest rate. Thanks for Goa trip stay

I had comfortable stay I have no issue on that but service was worst i checked in by 5:15 evening and they said me to check out by 10 I said by 10:30 I will check out and the guy who was in reception he agreed and next day by 9:30 he started asking us to check out which was really not good I will sure not refer any of them to that hotel really worst experience without bathing and getting fresh up I will check out and I was having a small kid of 1 and half years as well

It was good the staff over there was so friendly and polite with us the only issue we faced there was some water shortage and shower issue but after 2 days it was okay okay the room cleaning was on time and another issue we faced was the door locks outside it wasn’t working properly but still somehow our stuff was safe within the room overall experience was good
