The stay was excellent staff were very much supportive. Well cleaned rooms nice views from the balcony and most interestingly convenient location with peace of mind. Only issue the breakfast was Goan pau bhaji everyday and Sambar hotel in front of you are Gold diggers

Awesome stay
This hotel was perfect for my needs—affordable, comfortable, and clean. I only needed a place to rest while traveling and this fit the bill perfectly. The room had a clean bed, working A/C, and strong Wi-Fi. It was also very quiet at night. The front desk staff helped me book a taxi and were incredibly polite. I’ll definitely come back here if I’m in the area again.

Good stay
Very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean, the location was central, and the price couldn’t be beat. I liked the simple layout of the room—it had everything I needed without feeling cramped. The staff were cheerful and always available when needed. There was even a small snack area downstairs.

businessPathetic property. Rooms - ok, damp walls. Basic, just basic facilities, no tissues etc in the rooms also. Food/kitchen - nothing to offer. Food served was a day old rice cooled and accepted by manager that it was stinking n smelling. Power back up - no powerbackup during power failure. 3 hrs and more at night with power, emergency backup. Not even candles provided. Not suggesting this property to anybody

Forgetable stay at Avasa Grand a Fab Hotel in Ribandar, Panji
couplechecked into this property on 6th September 24 and checked out on 9th September. Reached around 10pm at night. This property is managed by just one boy, who did the check in & check out. Amazed to see him work as a sweeper, waiter, cook, room service, room cleaning etc etc. Room 104 where I stayed, had seepage marks outside the room, foot marks on the walls, shower head missing with water gushing out from the walls and bed headboard infested with ants. Early checkout was declined, room change was also denied. Make my trip gives you option of Deluxe Room and Deluxe Room with breakfast. Don't select the room with breakfast option as you will loose money. You will know better when you read the prices in menu card. I asked to meet the manager but he is not to be found during my stay, not even a phone call. Even after escalating at 9:30 AM on 7th September for an early check out was no revert for the entire day. On reaching out the next day I was informed that this is a non refundable booking so nothing can be done. Overall I will rate this hotel 2 out of 5

Good stay
Booked two rooms for 2 days, Staffs are friendly, good value for money. only poori and pav bhaji available for breakfast else everything is good. Room is also comfortable. ample car parking
