Poor management
My stay was from 9th to 13th. I booked with full payment . And on 9th I got know that I need to go back to my city on 12. So I tried to connect with several agents of yours, but no solution. And I talked to the resort management for refunding the last night stay as I am informing before 4 days. What should I do with your process if I am unable to get solution on time.

Nice ambience
the hotel is amazing, did not get 10% discount on Food and Beverage as per MMT. the waiter said to speak to treebo.

Nice. Spacious. Near to the beach
It is a nice place to stay near morjim beach. The staff is also nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing was that no toiletries were provided in the room. But worth visiting. 4* from my side.

familyproperty is very beautiful, Nicely maintained, lots of green plants and greenery maintained in lawn which looks beautiful. hotel is just 100 meters away from beach. very beautiful silent beach, no more rush.

Location is awful nothing near by just a morjim beach. Become dead by 7 pm stay in calangute or candolim. Morjim is in corner of north goa.

Everything is good about this resort. Sone positives 1. Price 2. Location 3. Cleanliness 4. Hygine negatives just one 1 has strict boundaries i. E. Anything extra is all chargeable. A. Only 1litre complimentary water per day per room b. Just 1 main veg/non veg option in breakfast

Great place
Wonderful location and well maintained rooms. It is hardly 2 mins walk from morjim beach. In house restaurant serves both veg and non veg food which is delicious. Complimentary breakfast is buffet.

Terrible Stay
Worse resort ever, at arriving the assistant manager was rude, giving room were not displayed. Villa was extremely dirty specially poolside. Restaurant staff were uninterested to attend because we had our meal included in the package. Payed such money for the pathetic service.

Value for money
Pleasant stay at a decent price. Not a beach resort but very close to the beach, you can access the beach from s2 resort. Breakfast options could be better.

Good Stay
Place was good. Very close to the beach but we booked a room with swimming pool view and balcony option but we got a room very next to swimming pool ( ground floor) with a porch and the view was blocked by plants. On checking, with a beautiful smile receptionist said porch and balcony is same. But apart from that it is a beautifully maintained place. Good food. Photographic ambience.
