Pathetic service

Again the same receptionist rude talking and asking for the pnr and booking Id even after showing the booking invoice.. The room was terrible now what I expected as shown the images or the size of rooms. Landline helpline not working even after the several time call belling staff not responding. Asked for Hot water in thermal bottle but delivered in a glass. Horrible service and attenders.

First the reception boy was rude to me for booking rooms on MMT. Then he agreed to provide the room after making me wait for 15 minutes. Room was good. But service boys were showing attitude.

Bathroom was very small

Everything was good except the bathroom and AC bathroom was very small that we cant took proper Bath and the ac was also very slow not working properly.

Staff behavior not good

Service of hotel servant and room boy service very poor. Bathroom bathing water comes very slow taking too much time for fill bucket. Otherwise room cleaning is OK.

Located is in very nice area, eco friendly and conveniently.
Initially, the room were very neat and clean but after 2 days the room were dirty I asked for cleaning the room but was not attended by anyone.
