Hotel is not like shown in photos , very smelly rooms and bathrooms . Waste of money. Wasn’t feeling safe in this hotel.

They have different types of rooms. Very small to very big room. The bed sheet is too dirty Mattress is too small. I was offered a small room upon check-in. I requested for a room change and they did it immediately I paid an extra amount

Umm the breakfast was ok ok there were not many choices in breakfast and there were many spider webs in the room behind the TV and yeah TV was not working either and there were insects roaming in bathroom

Wifi connectivity is good. The rooms did not seem very clean there was a dust smell and I had to ask the staff to spread the room fresher. Mosquitoes in the lobby and room. The room is not very clean, small cockroaches were there at night. Breakfast was included but it is not served as a buffet only 3 options available to choose from.

room was neat and clean... but handwash was not probided in the bathroom. Upon asking, they gave a soap. The door mat was not there for the main door. for 2 person's they gave only 1 water bottle. tissue paper was not there in the toilet.

After one hour long argued she understand my booking is confirmed, she not a professional. building is new but rooms not maintain clean, i stay 2 days they are not clean room, towel or bed sheet change. property management need to improve

Of course 1st water was not available 2nd there was no person on reception when required 3rd there was no arrangement for tea or coffee or any thing to eat even after booking for 2day i didn't stayed there for more than 3 hrs and shifted to another hotel even while checking out there was no one on reception desk. I left as soon as possible as i was hungry so i didn't click
