Terrible Stay

The hotel was under renovation, only few staff were available, they were also reluctant. Rooms are dusty and no one was available for cleaning. No service was available for 24*7. Only food was good but last day our order not got conveyed to the kitchen for an hour.

familyI have booked on 12th august i went to check in the owner has the key room was locked he opened it and 2 unknown people were sleeping it was very disturbing i have talked to your agents they have refused for refund i didn't check in at all i didn't have any rooms in night you guys didn't refund and didn't have courtesy to set for 2 room in the night this type of property should not be there in mm t so next time i will not trust mm t at all me and my family were roaming around whole night for hotel i want refund and want to talk to superior but no one is giving any ans very very bad experience for us

Extremely dirty rooms, sunken mattress, torn bedsheets, no towels, soaps or basic toileteries available, unhygienic washroom, garbage littered lobby. I was a solo traveller and felt totally unsafe. Not recommended. Poor room conditions. Not recommended for stay.

familyRoom size was good. Ac was noisy like sleeping in cooler. Rest amenities found good. Good terrace, small pool but clean. Good parking. Staff was good, cooperative, they arranged good vehicle for my leaving. Location too good to stay.

Manager mr. Saini and kamresh is provide best facility and hotel location is awesome. Most crowded beach calangute is roughly far 200 meter, and you are solo then you never disappoint beacouse of area, mr. Saini is good man and always stand for visitors and also keep clean hotel. Parking area is enough for 4 wheel and 2 wheel
