Clean rooms food is good , amenities only swimming pool , near Lonavala railway station in city , rest ok

the rooms in this hotel have not positive vibes, the room which we got was far in a corner where safety is a concern for families. We did not stay there and moved out to another property. the rooms and ambience is not as same as shown in the photos.

Everything was disgusting starting right from room, washroom to ambience. I am surprised how this hotel claimed as resort is operational. Even make my trip is not supporting. Pathetic condition of room, damped, died cockroaches and many more in the room. Washroom got choked in the morning.

The stay was lovely with proactively staff, hotel being located at a prime location and has all the amenities.

Rooms are in good condition, they are neat & clean. Location of the resort is also good. They gave very prompt service. Resort is good for every occasion, even office party & stays are there.

The hotel is exactly at the best hotspot area very near to the lonavala market. Food was excellent. Swimming pool is also cleanly maintained. The best thing we liked is the service they provide. Rooms are okay for the price we pay. Railway station is very near just 2 mnts by Cab and it is walkable as well. It can be booked without any second thought.

Food was good. Location is good, city center , easily access to all shops and restaurants. Needs cleanliness, better bed sheets and pillows. Tv, ac, is good

Location was very good, room was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful. Rates are quite reasonable, lot of parking place.

No support from MMT team as well. No refrigerator until the last day that too evening. Raised complaint with MMT but of no use

Nice stay, kind of walkable location from every nearby location. Some issue with Foul smell around Swimming Tank. just make that go and make sure extra activities are also there if someone comes with family.

Property was ok but not as shown in pics on webpages... Overall experience and Staff was good...

The breakfast was good The rooms were clean whenever we called room service they came on time The only thing which needed to change was the swimming pool area that outside the hotel

Rooms and hotel is not that good as been getting shown in the photos and need more renovation. Hotel breakfast is also average. Location is great, lots of good food places near to hotel. Good parking place for the vehicles.

Though the property is in a prime area, maintenance needs to be improved and the interior needs to be upgraded. At the same budget better properties can be availed.

Perfect location, good staff, clean facility, good snacks. Need to have refrigerator in executive rooms and at least dental kits to be provided. Complimentary. Nice property at good cost

It was a worst experience we ever had in lonavala stay. The hotel condition was very poor cost was high and also the staff were not supportive. They dropped pur bile and no one was responsible to at-least say sorry. The hotel condition was also very bad. Rooms were not maintained properly even toiletaries were not placed.
