Polite staff, very good property

The overall experience was good. Food was super delicious and spacious place. And peaceful. However, the rooms could be more cleaner. Also, there is no access to kitchen which restricted us in case of making own tea/coffee, maggie and accessing it late night especialy with infant being in the group we were unable to make food and water hot in microwave. There is no ac in hall but it’s too huge and spacious.

Best villa in lonavala, though it is quite far from town the experience of reaching the villa is completely worth it

Feeling overwhelmed by the great experience at such a beautiful place. Captured lots of memories for life. And the credits completely goes to the Mr. Pranit was a very good host . Really pleased to meet him . The staff was quite humble and helpful. The place was sparkling clean .we had lot of fun in swimming pool which is excellently maintain and lawn with lot of activities like Badminton, Cricket etc. In short we had a very good experience and would surely visit again. Special thanks to the host and last but not least Airbnb for listing such a good property.

1. The owner literally doesn’t have time to answer guest query, no call backs, we have to follow up with him 15-20 times to get the menu card, villa details 2. You cannot rely on the owner if you are planning a trip he will only entertain you one day prior which becomes difficult for the guests to coordinate 3. There was no water for 3 hours in any of the washroom we had to call owner / caretaker multiple times to get the supply started 4. There was hide and seak of electricity 5. Quantity of food is way too less with the price they charge 6. The caretaker we’re not comfortable with the menu options, no sauce / chutney served with sandwich and fries and there was a lot of delay

Over experience was great. Best part pros. 1. Location was great 2. Climate was great 3. Clean property over all and wrll maintained. 4. Value for money beat place for family and friends visit. Bad experinace Cons. 1. We were 100% veg and in kitchen fridge there is chicken biryani and some non veg food , we requested then to either use it or shift it to other place as chicken was open and it was difficult for us to use kitchen refrigerator but they didn't do anything. 2. We used kitchen and paid 1500 per day for same and by mistake we used little salt and tarmarric and the care takers guys started don't use our material etc it was just spice which are already in plenty available. 3.care takers wer 3 to 4 guys it was difficult to understand who is main out of them I guys 1 or 2 is more then enough to take care of property where ever u go u find someone staring at u little issues in privacy. 4.had asked to get some beers they took almost 2.5× the cost of same. little higher cost is acceptable but mrp if 140 they chnagred 310. 5. Care takers wake by 11am or so and u can't find them when needs so was not a great experience for milk small things had to personally have to go out to buy . 6. Main entry road is very bad please try to do some work or atlest balance it car gets banged , huge stones on gate .

The stay was very good..caretakers was also very helpful...clean rooms..food was also very delicious with very good quality..🤗🥰 overall v good experience 🤗🤗

its a nice bungalow property and its booked only for one family very private food is excellent staff is very good 👍

On makemytrip it was written the villa was shows 690m from railway station but it was actually 13km away. Rest the villa was very good and caretakers were also good.

The overall experience was good. But pictures shown and actual property were different. The property is small and does not have a very large drawing room. The swimming pool is small as compared to others and is deep (roughly 5. 5-6ft), which does not allow short height-ed people to enter in the pool.
