Loved the view of the lush green fields from the room which was immaculately clean. The food was delicious and was sent to our room promptly. The staff was very courteous and every single request was met with a smile. Would love to visit this place again.

The location is very convenient and most of the important and exotic destinations of Lonavala and Khandala are at a very reachable distance.

Average stay.
But in reality its really dull with paint peeling off from the walls. And the overall experience turned out to be very dull. I booked a premium room. It had all the old style furniture alright but it was in an inside building which had only one way to reach. So I had to pass through the one building walk all the way through the basement and then again take a secnd lift to reach the room. This hotel doesnot have any attached restaurant. which is seperate and on the second floor of adjacent mall. You again need to do to and fro just to go to the restaurant which is very inconvinient. They serve breakfast and high tea in a basement area. But again, they donot have coffee during high tea and they don't even have biscuits or cookies or anything and I had to pay extra just for a small coffee biscuit. Most of the rooms do not have any great view. the windows open to road. The friendly and helpful staff is the only good thing about this property.

Regarding the room layout, the Heritage Wing was designed to offer quieter surroundings by separating it from entertainment and dining areas. While multiple access points existed, some have been closed for guest security. The restaurant is purposefully located in the adjacent wing, and full room service is available for convenience. Breakfast and evening tea are served near the pool, offering one of the best views on the property—open on all sides with natural light and greenery. This area is not a basement, as described. We’d also like to clarify that complimentary coffee or cookies are not advertised or included in our high tea. If you were charged for something unexpected, please share details so we can investigate. Our rooms offer either a green or road/lake view, and we do our best to accommodate preferences when possible. Regards, Triose Team

Good Stay
A decent hotel which is neat and clean..Ambience of the hotel is good..The hotel has a mall within the campus with a theatre, food court, game zone, play area for the kids..Staffs are very polite and friendly in nature..Regarding complimentary breakfast, it has 5 to 6 options on a Sunday morning and on weekdays it is less..They also have some indoor games options which you can use by paying a small deposit amount which is refundable..Overall a decent stay which is comfortable and clean to opt for your stay in Lonavala..

The property is good food is also good and politeness and professionalism regarding the food domain is impressive. Location is also within reach and facilities amenities are up to the mark. The overall professionalism cooperation and comfort are enough to call it as a good hotel. Amazing Stay! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly cooperative and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The property was spotless and well-maintained. coupleStayed at triose for 2 nights. This was my third time and not disappointed at all. Excellent in all respects. Location is very near to central lonavala and market and at the same time very serene and peaceful. All amenities are provided by the hotel. It is very clean. Rooms are big enough. The breakfast spread is very good. They have a hi-tea also included. Service is very fast and they attend to issues very quickly. Strongly recommended for stay.
