Review Of Jewel Resort Lonavala

The resort was in an ideal location. It had all the facilities. But the service was a bit slow. I think they need to appoint more people.

Good resort. But bed bugs are there in the bed.

Rooms were good and spacious. Te tv was not working. In-spite of escalating at 12. 30pm during check-in it was not resolved. Again when informed in the evening, it was not resolved. Food was ok

We have booked in jewel resort and there was no availability of rooms as they have overbooked other rooms instead of giving to us. So they arranged another room in rajdhani resort which was scary to stay at first as the room was so damaged and pathetic. We adjusted and stayed there since we have travel-led a lot

Not tide y very dirty place

Not clean and too dirty room and beds and bathroom very bad smell receptionist behaviour too rude even they dont know how to welcome guest and to check inn proper way
