Poolside Bedroom both the door locks were broken, so privacy concern

The location was great, the caretaker was always responsive and the pool is amazing

However keep in mind that everything else will also match the price. There is a water filter but no bottles, a kitchen but no hygiene (despite cleaning it was crawling with cockroaches), a microwave but no operational buttons, a door but no proper locking system, rooms but no toiletries except a cheap soap. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better hygiene. Despite complaints, nothing changed. There is a caretaker who only comes when called. If you are travelling with a child or senior citizens, pay a few thousand more and stay at a better place. We changed the earlier villa assigned to us by paying 3k more in the same complex but the story was the same in the other villa as well. This was a 1 star experience!

They have the option to stay if the booked village has an issue they change to another one but some things they have to org-anise properly

Amazing stay, eat clean rooms, you have option order food from outside. Clean pool. The caretaker was friendly and made us feel homely.

Lugani a4villa booking page has 19 photos. It shows a bathroom with bathtub. Physically bathtub is not present. This is misguiding. Actual bathtub missing.

Villa had beautiful view every room and wash room were clean swimming pool was cherry on top kids enjoyed lot.

It was terrible. They made false comment. It's been more than 48 hrs & still now we haven't received our 20% refund after promising the same. This is so disrespectful also not taking any initiative to resolve this issue. Hope my issue will be resolved soon.

The property was very good and our stay was pretty comfortable, except for a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed, like a worn out swing on the porch, light not working on the stairs. The care taker was quite helpful and overall we had a good time.

Stay was good few qualities like mattress. everything else was fine caretaker was very friendly and helping.

Upjit is an excellent host. Had wonderful time during our stay. The property is superb and very well maintained. It houses all necessary amenities required for family stay. Would like to specially thank rahul who ensured we were comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend others & like to visit again.

The place was amazing. A 10 min walking from the main market but still located in a quiet area. The host upjit and his staff on site were really professional and the food they serve on property is great. The house is just how it is shown in the photos, well maintained, clean and spacious. They had onsite parking which was a huge advantage and the rooms/bathrooms were stocked with basic necessities. We were a group of 6 and the place was perfect for us.

This place is the best of all worlds. It's very close to the main market of lonavala but also quite secluded and quiet. The villas are well equipped and furnished. The views are excellent and the service by host upjit and his staff were also great - food, cleaning etc
