Excellent Stay
It is as always a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and quick responding every time. I have visited Lonavala many times and each time I choose to stay at this hotel and I am never disappointed. Also everything is just by walking distance. Their service is also great. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean and spacious and the caretakers and staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, it is 1km from the main market. However, the property was located right next to railway crossing which sometimes hampered our travel. There was power cut at night. Overall, it is a good budget stay option.

Good Stay
The staff who welcomed us was amazing he really went ahead and helped us with extra hours to stay because we reached at 6:30 due to car breakdown he understood and helped really loved the staff. The rooms are nice but just the breakfast is not upto the mark. Rest everything was good.

Don’t waste your money and time
Property location - 15 minutes walking distance from main city, have to cross railway line that is main issue also have to wait 15-30 minutes. Food - morning breakfast, it’s too average. It’s better go to outside and have a some food. Amenities- they don’t have dental kit, iron, hairdryer but properly was not clean, but washroom was very good. Service - 0 service, they provide. We have to call multiple times.

Not recommend at all, total unhygienic
Worst experience found rats in the room moreover the staff was not very concerned about the same when told.

Excellent Stay
A Wonderful Stay at Ritz Heritage Hotel! We had a great experience staying at Ritz Heritage Hotel in Lonavala. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is peaceful yet close to major tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore Lonavala. We especially loved the food — it was tasty and served fresh. The hotel ambiance is cozy and perfect for families or couples looking for a comfortable getaway. Average Stay
The place is good as per the heritage structure but the room arrangements are very congested. Not enough storage place for bags as well as clothes in the cupboard. No clothe hanger were available. TV was not working properly. Two separate mattress instead of one single mattress. No signal in the room as everytime I have to come out of my room to make calls. Myself being an interior designer I suggest better to redesign the rooms to more comfortable and accessible from guest point of view. Thanks

Terrible Stay
My stay was bad. the rooms were damp and dirty, and so were the beds. Both me and my husband got allergic reactions. None of the remote was working. Ac or television. We tried to change our decision of staying in that hotel
