My complaint is only about rooms. Rooms are little dirty type. The walls are full of patches. Curtains are blackish and dirty. Otherwise food quality and service are excellent. .

The property's location and surrounding was Very Good, but the condition of the Cottage & Services were simply pathetic. Food in Canteen (we tried Only Breakfast) was Ok. Overall, it was a Very Unpleasant experience....

property very good if looking at rest however poor on maintenance not a big deal breaker but yes not upto expected standards. Major flaw is that the water slides or even the pool will not be available unless 15 people arrive even though it is on a chargeable basis I enjoyed my stay for it is a bliss to be at such property with so many trees around a functional room.

This is a old property with old architecturely built rooms. Though the room size is not too big, it feels spacious due to the taller than average roof height. Property had a dense old dense and huge trees, feels like a stay in a jungle. The food is good.

Food, location & facilities is so good. People's are also helpful.

Non Ac room were not well maintained. Restaurant was ok ok, not very hygienic. The newer rooms were better then the older ones.

I upgraded mu room from Executive Cottage to Premium Cottege. The Cottege was neatly clean. Enough spaces positive vibes. Awesome Stay Experience

Unforgettable experience in the lap of nature

The stay was good mainly the surrounding area around the rooms. Food was also great with nice location.

The rooms are not maintained and in very bad shape. The bathroom was looking even after telling to the reception they did not resolve the problem. There is no Wi-Fi facility available considering the network is poor then we should provide the same. No chest covered in the room. So many of the basic things are not available. Surrounding cleaner is good but over all the property needs to be maintained let it be for the room or the garden area..

The property location is amazing there are lots of plants outside and greenary. We had complementary breakfast there that was ok only, very less options were there in the breakfast. Amenities were not upto the mark. it is mentioned that electric kettle is there, but actually it was not provided. even on the name of tolatories they only provided soap there even toilet peper were not there. they should improve the maintenance as well of the room. ply was getting out from the bed, rooms wall colour was faded. so the vibe of the room was not good according to the price we paid.

Full marks for cleanliness and basic upkeep — it truly enhanced the comfort of our stay. ✅ Ambience & Atmosphere: The garden view and natural surroundings created a serene vibe. We really enjoyed sitting outside, breathing in the fresh air, and spending quality time with family. ➖ Food: The only downside was the food — it was average in taste and lacked variety. There’s definitely room for improvement in the dining experience. ✅ Amenities & Services: Basic amenities were provided and the staff was polite and cooperative. While the services weren’t overly , they were sufficient for a pleasant stay. ⭐ Final Verdict: If you're looking for a peaceful family retreat close to nature, MTDC Karla is a great choice. Just don’t set high expectations from the food, and you’re bound to have a relaxing experience.
