My experience is good but discount offers which I received that is not getting applied soon

Over all good experience and also the comfort rooms and services peaceful environment

This is very close to the toll gate. For one night stay it's okay. Looks like they don't have any restaurant of their own and gets food from below from a sea food restaurant. It's a 2 star property

It was good and comforting. Location was perfect and easily approachable. The ambience of the location is also excellent.

The room was average at best, the lights wouldn’t turn off without us turning all the electric off so we had no fan or charging available at night. The people opposite us were being super loud and we couldn’t sleep, when I asked for a refund for the second night (we hadn’t had yet) I was told it wasn’t possible even though it wasn’t check out time yet. Was also told that you have to expect the public in a budget hotel but just because it’s budget doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to sleep. That’s a bad policy and not good customer service I wouldn’t stay again.

Room cleaning nah i tha auro na hi samaysar hota hai auro subhah ko hi garam pani aata hai 7 se 8 ke bich bad me nah i aata hai. Very bad experience

1. Hotel is situated at toll plaza so very noisy 24 hours. 2. Very bad room condition. Moisture on walls, paint is peeling off and bad smell of moisture in room all 24 hours even after room spray. 3. Room size 12 ft x 10 ft which is smaller than showing on mmt. 4. Bathroom size 7 ft x 5 ft which is very small. 5. Bathroom tap leaking and not repaired after dozen complaints, so bathroom floor is all time wet and slippery. 6. Bathroom door cant lock. What is more horrible than this? 7. Dump yard and waste recycling plant of govt is situated just in front of hotel. 8. Ceiling light is coming out in room. 9. Road traffic noise all time in room. Even in night also, so you can't sleep whole night. 10. Voice of neighbouring room is coming in your bathroom from neighborhood bathroom so clearly that you can listen the neighbors talk very properly. 11. There is no in-house food facility. So you need to order food from outside. But the hotel staff take the delivery of food at reception and pays the delivery boy. Then the hotel adds 15% service charges in the bill and hand over you the food with this extra cost.

Not good for a stay because not cleaning properly and not well maintained. Even drinking water is not available. Breakfast is too poor.

Hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was also so cooperative, if someone is planning for the stay near lonovala it’s perfect and near as well

Good hotel, clean room, cooperative staff, fast service, Hotel in near toll plaza, on main highway, good food, all is best

The experience was astonishing. Felt like a paradise in heaven. The vibe is so kirak. Lonavla ko aaye toh yaha rehna miya.

Good experience. Perfect for a night stay. Staff is good. They don't have in-house good facility available. They charge 15% extra on ordering food from outside. Room size is fine. Location: 4 km far from loanavala city centre.
