The room was not so good and AC also making noise and it was a old Window AC, room was also smelling. Shower was also not good as it is leaking, apart from this the food was nice restaurant ambience was also nice at evening time due to lights and the old vintage look

Excellent Stay
Our experience about royal park hotel is very nice. The ambience is very nice. Total facilities of the hotel including staff behaviour are very good. The area is also peaceful.

All services are good but in my booking i included breakfast but not provided by hotel management and never asked me for that till i checked out.

Petheic experience i ever had in my entire life. I stayed here one day. The entire property was empty. Worst hotel tap was leaking throughout my stay the ac remote wasn't working. Couldn't sleep the whole night while i was busy operating the ac smelly rooms, checked around 12 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The mattress was over used i could feel the wood. Comforter was torn-ed with stains and smelly. Cockroaches in the room. Swithes weren't working. None of the charging ports were working. Swimming pool was unclean and over bleached. The receptionist was professional, pleasent very welcoming. Room service staff was embarrassed of the amenities. But, very helpful.

This hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It has no takers sold the room booking in 03 times higher price. The manager tried to support in the stay but nobody wants to see critical concerns in a hotel during a stay

I booked this hotel but hotel denied checking so they gave me alternative property but that hotel also denied checking because mm t not updated in system my bookings that property. Very terribly night spend in car only and they still not refund my payments

WORST SERVICE
Hotel location is Ok – close to highway. This is the only plus point this property have. Otherwise all negative points. Room and amenities are not maintained properly. Room fan was not working properly. AC was not working properly. TV voice was having problem. Commode seat was almost dislocated which was fixed when we informed. The most horrible thing is food service. We ordered food at 9.00 pm as we were feeling so hungry. However the food was delivered to our room at 11.00 pm where our hunger was fully killed. Food quality also was not up to the mark. While booking, we have opted for breakfast inclusion. Hence, while check-in the guy on reception told to us that buffet breakfast will be available in the restaurant in the morning at 8 am. Next day morning, we reached restaurant at 9.00 am. Only one lady was sweeping. We asked about buffet breakfast where she replied she does not know anything about buffet. After 10 minutes, one guy came from kitchen and asked about order. We enquired about the buffet breakfast. He replied there is no buffet breakfast and only Idali and Poha is available. No quality of food. Moreover, Poha and Idali was brought on our table after 15 minutes which I suppose should have been made ready before guests enters in restaurant. While check-in we enquired about swimming pool. It was informed that swimming pool is opened only during 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. In the morning at 8.30 am, my son went down for swimming pool, but it was told that it is not opened. It is totally “LOOT” by this property by giving wrong promises. This property is not value for our hard earned money. I will never recommend this hotel for anybody. If anybody want to waste their money, then please book the room for their vacation. I’m highly disappointed for the services provided against the money charged for room booking.
