Main issue for cleaning. Every corner was so dirty. Smell was coming. We went for corporate meeting and overall experience was not good. However not sure, why someone not keep Vila and nearby area clean.

The place was good with big swimming pool and nice small lawn with lights giving soothing evening experience. The rooms r good n spacious except the living room which I feel is small.

I am writing to formally address a highly concerning issue regarding our recent stay at lugani's - the corner house b6 3bhk with pvt pool, lonavala from 27th to 29th december, booked under the name vasudha sanghi. The conditions of your property were not only far below acceptable standards but also outright deceptive compared to the marketed portrayal. We were forced to vacate a day earlier due to the deplorable state of the villa. To make matters worse, my mother and brother were severely affected by bed bugs, a direct result of the unsanitary conditions of your property. This is a serious health hazard and reflects gross negligence on your part. Your fraudulent representation of the property and complete disregard for basic hygiene and safety standards has caused both physical and emotional distress. As the owner, i demand an immediate explanation for the appalling state of the property and for you to take responsibility for the health issues caused. If i do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response from you, along with a concrete plan to address this matter and provide adequate compensation for the damages incurred, i will initiate legal proceedings against you without further notice. As a chartered accountant, i am prepared to pursue all avenues necessary to hold you accountable for this negligence and misrepresentation. The villa is situated in a prime location and is beautiful however one of the rooms have huge fungus buildup and can cause serious health issues. Had to keep that room empty.

We are a group of 10 and we have stayed here for 2 days and everything went well. The maintenance and caretaker behaviour was good.

We visited with family (parents and kids) stay was fun and house is clean and tidy, care taker amit is helpful and coordinating well.

Everything was good. Specially cordial atmosphere and the caretaker was very nice. But the prices are very high. Plz think about it

Stayed from 22n d to 23rd july 2023, the good ones are listed below 1} swimming pool is very well maintained and appreciated 2} caretaker - amit was very attentive and responsive 3} overall cleanliness was good the below are the shortcomings found during the stay 1} found the handles of shower / tap were broken which caused difficulty in bath / usage 2} bathing soaps were not upto the mark, need to provide good quality body wash / hair wash liquid instead of those miniature soaps 3} sofas in the living room were not that comfortable and needs urgent uphostry 4} tv needs to be internet ready as it only supports dish tv and we cannot cast from mobile which is disappointing. This needs to be upgraded 5} bathtub is not fully functional and needs some assistance from the caretaker to make it work 6} vessel washing soaps or liquids are not provided adequately and the scrubber was too bad for use these areas needs to be fully taken care to make the stay truly enjoyable and justify the price charged-ed. Hope the owners look into this and confirm action being taken.

Pros - 1) good for family get-together 2) amit is well behaved guy and can bring the groceries from market. Cons - 1) toilet in first floor and entrance of the property stinks a lot. There is some problem with sewer line. 2) there is no basic amenities like sugar pouch tea/coffee kit available. 3) ground floor bedroom has no wardrobe. 4) backdoor of villa (poolside) is defective, can be opened from outside.

This is a nice beautiful villa. Well maintained and pet friendly with a great pool and a lovely garden. The terrace lets you enjoy the cool breeze all day. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils. Host upjit and his staff was always available to support for any of our needs. We stayed for 2 nights and got our money's worth. Much recommended. Would love to come back here any day.

This place is an absolute delight. Loved all parts of the stay! (1) the villa is as good as it looks in the pictures. 100% real. Very spacious and pretty. The garden is big and the best part of the villa. Very peaceful (2) location is nice - calm, quiet and pristine and really close to the beach (3) the staff is really helpful and always willing to help (4) upjit is amazing host and really take care of the small stuff. Even small unimportant requests of ours were taken care of. Couldn't expect for more all in all, the villa is amazing. Worth staying with family or friends. Its quiet place thought and partying there would be obscenity. So go there for peace and quiet.

We stayed for a night with 3 elderlies and a kid with us. Villa was same as shown in photos. Check in was smooth and host upjit and his staff was very polite and helpful. We had planned our first barbecue and the staff helped a lot for the same.

The property is excellent and has everything you need to have a get together for a group of 8-10 people. The villa was clean and also host upjit had a good team managing the society. All the amenities just add to pleasure of staying there. We enjoyed in private pool. Great stay!

The place was spacious, comfortable and enjoyable. Balconies overlooking the woods, the pool, the activities, it was all a great combination. The service was quick by host upjit.

The Lugani’s Villa is a perfect getaway in Lonavala. We walked into it to fall in love with the property, the view and the hospitality. This property is full value for money and the staff made sure we were satisfied and comfortable during the stay. Even host Upjit is very prompt with communication and guided us with all details, overall the experience was Wonderful😍
