Not that great. Average room. Cleanliness is a big con here. Breakfast is also average. 1 item per person. Only plus point is staffs are very nice.

businessProvided room was very very small, difficult to move even. Room was not changed even after repeated requests. Washroom was not having exhaust fan or ventilation. One day extension was not entertained. Luckily I got very good room at half of the price at nearby hotel. I will never stay at such hotels during my stay at Kolkata which is scheduled in the last week of this month and in future also.

Very good place and good veg food the location is also peak and the staffs are very mannered the room are good and the washroom contains hand wash and body wash

Stay was comfortable, though i was alone and on official visit. Its located in kind of heart of city staffs were polite and comfort giving.

Neat room and bathroom. Ambiance is quiet and well behaved staffs. Easily accessible by metro. Near to netaji bhavan metro station.

Average stay. For an extra 2-3 hours also they are charging for the whole day not ready for flexible out time. I stayed for 12 hrs but they charged me for 2 days.
