Hotel Samrat Residency was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we pulled into the drive, we were met with a sense of tranquility and elegance that set the tone for the entire weekend. ​The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were incredibly efficient, providing us with all the necessary information about the resort's facilities and local attractions. Our room, a deluxe king with a lake view, was spacious and immaculate. The decor was modern yet cozy, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The highlight, ​The resort's amenities truly set it apart. The outdoor heated pool was a major plus, especially with the cooler autumn air, and the fitness center was well-equipped and dinner, perfection. hours was a ​Overall, our experience at Hotel Samrat residency was exceptional. The combination of beautiful surroundings, luxurious rooms, and attentive staff made for a truly memorable getaway. We're already planning our next visit!

It was a very pleasant stay , just 1km from nizamuddin railway station, friendly staff , thankyou Make my trip.

The ambience is good and clean, Nice breakfast and Tea is the best. Staff are very helpful.

This hotel is amazing. Mr faiyaz alam behaviour is very nice. Whole staaf are working as a teem.

Room was ok but the table was not cleaned properly it seems like someone had lunch or dinner on the table. One suggestion complimentary toiletries should be kept in rooms. The staff's behaviour was very good especially the reception person. My stay was good, Receptionist and other staffs were good and polite. Room size was good for family. Table which was next to bed was not cleaned. Bathroom size was also good and hot water was present when needed. Only complementary toiletries was not present in washroom that can be added and for 2 person occupancy atleast 2 drinking water should be given. I appreciate help from Receptionist for extending my checkout time till 1 PM on request.

Clean rooms, washrooms, fully furnished well equipped facilities. Recommended for families. Boys and host were very helpful, humble and polite.

Excellent staff and amenities. Had a 7 days pleasant stay. The food they serve is delicious and healthy. All the visiting places are nearby.

Very bad service!! After an accidental booking, I had a terrible experience and will never return. The service was awful, and the staff were rude, making me feel like I was a freeloader. Don't be misled by the positive reviews.

Room housekeeping is not well,air exhausted fans highly noise bathroom, bedroom air,wash basin not installed properly, damaged bedsheet,no door mates.no proper room service by hotel team.

hotel location is bad and the behavior of staff and owner very rudely , i had room booking confirmed and the night time 11pm i reached hotell all the way from agra ,,, hotell owner said room not available and after so much argument he gave me one room where their is no light working no ac working no light in toilet and smoking smell bedsheet are dirty very pathetic behavior and apart from this when i called they also didn't respond properly they are manage it today sir we will compensate u and , i will never stay at that hotel

overall experience is good.. Staff behaviour is well good and highly cooperative.He will always ready to help you. Room wall condition is not good. Water leakage is showing at the corner,need to repair them.
