We had a mixed experience during our stay. Upon check-in, the staff at the front desk was quite rude, which was disappointing. The person who delivered the food was unprofessional—he attempted to look into the room and engaged in inappropriate conversation. The food quality was average, and the rooms were quite small.
There were several disturbances: a curtain kept making noise as it brushed against surfaces, light was coming in through the curtains and windows, and noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible, which affected our comfort. The washroom was just okay.
The breakfast buffet the next morning was also average. However, the staff at checkout was polite and professional, which left a better impression. Additionally, the person who delivered the post-breakfast snacks was well-mannered and courteous.
One more thing to note: no welcome drink was provided at check-in—we had to call and request it ourselves.
Overall, considering the price, the experience did not meet expectations.
