It was smelly - the pix do not match the ground reality!! It smelled like pigeons.. even the cab driver couldn’t find the place!!

Hotel staff is very helpful very good hotel and hotel location is easy to go metro is walking distance

Terrible experience. Didn’t even stay here nor checked in this hotel, the hotel is under renovation and there is mould everywhere in the room with a pungent smell and bathrooms are not even cleaned with foul smell. It’s absolutely non habitable for anyone to stay, I had complained and attached photos too and mentioned the same, yet they did not refund my money taking the hotel management side just because they have paid their subscription fee. I have even supporting photos and mailed the same. Worst ever experience and the hotel. 1700+₹ wasted where I have not even checked in.

Ac not working and water heater problem.

bed was clean and good, but there were spider web in many places in room and bathroom. many cocroches all over room. TV was not working for all 3 days. no power backup in the room. staff was friendly.

the stay was good, but the hotel needed to focus on hygiene and toilet facilities as i felt it was not even average. especially the mosquito 🦟 was heavy. no towel was provided and the room was decent for the price. i totally had a good experience at this rate. thanks

The hotel is strategically placed. We had an excellent spacious room. There services were very prompt. The people were courteous. It was a very good experience! i would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for hotel accommodation in chennai dr. Indrani hemantkumar

people asked for extra money, even after paying, room's are totally massed very bad service, very unfriendly,

Pathetic Check-in Experience! When I reached the hotel to check-in, they have asked extra amount of Rs 550/- to check-in. I asked them why they were demanding extra money after full payment done one day before? They told me that my paid price was not matching with their room price so they can't allow me to check-in. Now issue is that I was waiting on their small waiting area with my 4 year old kid, we have reached the hotel after a 3.5 hours road journey from Vellore, so we were already tired & after all these if one have to wait near about 1 hour without any fault....then no more words to say! Moreover, their lift doesn't work, their customers must carry their luggages by stairs by themselves only, hotel don't provide any helper to carry your luggages. No doubt Room is good, clean & spacious but the hotel should provide atleast a toilet soap (it cost only Rs 5/-). They have LED in their room but it never works, even you can't put in on. The Manager & other 2 guys of the reception are polite but they are looting their customers with extra money with a sweet smile on their face 🙂 , lift puts in off mode always, no toilet soap, no complimentary water bottles on room, no LED connection. Please avoid this hotel for Family stays.

Terrible experience came to hotel at 1.45 pm n had to wait till 4pm for checked inn because they gave a room to a couple for hourly stay n I booked a double occupancy n they told me that it will be an extra charge for double occupancy not only that the floor n bed Lenin were stained no towel or toiletries had to go to get a towel. Not recommended to anyone better search for another place

every time I come to Chennai for my official work I like to stay here cause its location is very convenient There are lots of good restaurants nearby and rooms are very comfortable and the area is also quite good 👍

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I must say it was one of the most memorable stay.

Worst service. Not communicating rooms sold out. I reached the hotel then this hotel room all are booked so we can change the hotel and different place.

Worst service there's a water leakage in the wall so the room is frequently filled with the water there's no proper working ac there's no tv connection no proper drinking water service worst stay.

The stay was good. They provided complete privacy and the service was also good.
