The hotel is good, but they could do things a little better. When I stayed there, I informed them that the washroom light was not working. Even after I reported it, they simply told me to keep the switch ON, but it still didn’t work until I checked out.
My advice would be for them to keep a feedback form, so whenever guests point out what needs to be improved, it can help their business. People may give all sorts of unnecessary comments, but if they focus on genuine improvements, they can get better ratings and more business.
