Very bad experience no room service no food no tea and coffee no room cleaning

The hotel is located in the main Attraction area. The Receptionist Attitude were very Polite and honest.He provided all the Assistance When Asked

Rooms are very congested no natural light no fresh air. No cleaning of room regularly. You have to complain about room then only they'll clean. No bedsheet change. No proper response from manager.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in .The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and very comfortable.It was within walking distance of all popular landmarks.

The Slate Hotel provided an overall wonderful experience. The Luxury Room was recently renovated, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended
