properties location was good. room size was very small. I selected the superior room to get an extra bed but even the superior room could not accommodate the extra bed properly due to lack of space..

The person at reception during check in on 21 oct 2025 (~11 PM) don't know how to behave with older ones

Neat and well professionally managed hotel .Romms are compact for day use . Restuarant food is average

The hotel was great! no complaints. but the transportation to this area needs to be planned in advance, as autos and Bikes do not accept very soon

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and it was a disappointing experience. The room lock was damaged, and despite informing the staff, it was never properly fixed. On three different occasions, I had to wait outside my room for more than 20 minutes each time before someone came to open the door. The staff seemed indifferent and slow to respond to guests’ concerns. For the price charged, I expected better maintenance and service. Overall, the experience was inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their facilities and customer support.

Very good location but its not in the standards of other ginger hotels. Too small a room and breakfast can be better.

Limited food menu. Dinner and Lunch food was very salt. Rooms was not at all clean. Shower and Flush was not working. Small Cockroaches were there.

Room condition was very poor, unclean toilets, no toiletries available except for a piece of soap, unclean bath towel, TV not working, unable to reduce the AC temperature. When it comes to food, no options even if you agree to pay, complimentary dinner only had 2 varieties.

Really a bad experience, rooms were way to compact for 2 people, no basic utilities were present in washroom, rooms were not clean or hygienic. I went their with the brand name it didn't really met the expectations.

Congested Room with no proper ventilation. AC not properly working and staff didn't even care to do anything about it even after multiple request. No courtesy at all. Got bugs moving around near bed and in bathroom as well. Overall totally not worth the bucks they are charging. Waste of money. Highly disappointed.

room was in condition. there was a sewer opening in the middle of the room. no security chain on door. no telecom ...felt unclean

All good we have peaceful stay and we felt little suffocate because of the less ac need to improve that a little bit. I try to adjust but not helped.

The older building with box-like rooms converted to rooms and not worth spending 4k per day. ample space would have been used smartly. food was average.

Dingy small rooms (no window or balcony), narrow approach roads, no proper parking or help in parking as the hotel is oddly situated in the 11th floor of an IIT research building. Lot of maintenance/repair work going on, some mild bad smell in the room. Bathroom doesn't even have a shower. Reception staff not helpful, restaurant staff are good. Possibly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. Surprised that something from TATA group can be so bad, disappointed.

Location is a bit difficult to access but with Google map can be managed. Food was above average and the hospitality of the staff is extremely good . Special mention to the cafeteria staff who were running around and serving the guests. The rooms are smaller with limited accessories of a budget hotel. Over all experience is good if the consideration is value for money during a short stay of 2 to 3 days.

Food was not upto the mark. They didn't fill the dish if gets over. Room size is small. Not at all cooling, even after complaint. Basic items like towel, dental kit and comb should be placed before customer checkin. Customer has to ask everytime. If soap gets over, They dont even replace with new. Toilet flush was not working.
