Itsy Hotels Elite Inn

I don’t understand why there is an option for breakfast when you are not able to provide it. The breakfast buffet as per the Itsy Hotels Elite Inn was pongal & kichidi and that’s all. If u see the cups they provide for coffee u will lose the habit of drinking morning coffee. Not just the cups are broken but they are very much unclean. They don’t even care about the feedback or to respond. They charge almost the rate of a sophisticated nearby Itsy Hotels Elite Inn which i have stayed before but don’t even care to provide at least half of the facilities. They say early check in available subject to availability. But they don’t mention it is chargeable and will charge u and asked to pay for the breakfast even after i told them i’ll not put up for night stay.

We had booked 2 standard rooms to accommodate 3 guests per room. On arrival, the Itsy Hotels Elite Inn offered one room with 3 cots and other room with 2 cots and 1 bed to sleep on floor. In-spite of insisting that we need the second room with 3 cots, they refused and were not ready to refund the difference amount. The ac in one of the room had water leaking from the indoor unit. Coffee/tea is being served oy from 830 am which is pretty late. Apart from the above, the stay was good.

The place was neat and clean, bit inside, away from the main road. At the time that I had booked the stay it was charged at 1700 per night. For this price the place is excellent. No restaurant though.

It’s really good to stay, very peaceful surroundings and workers also to lovely and rooms also to clean but soaps are not available in room

value for the amount charged. however mosquito menace and staff made heavy noise in the night time is a concern.

Best one to stay near srmc hospital. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

It was a good stay. Good room. Too m service was too good. They provided complementary breakfast also.

The Hotel & Room is good enough. They have a food court at the top floor. But the situated area is bad.
