Not worth the price. The room was too small for the amount charged, and overall service was very poor. The bedsheets were wet and unclean, food was unhygienic, and no complimentary water was provided. Cleanliness, space, and value for money were all missing. Would not recommend.

Room are in ok condition not so clean n ventilation issue the glass was also broken of the bathroom

Room is not given as per booking , they have given low category room. Facilities are also not as per standards. I will not recommend to anyone. Room looks very old compare price charged.

Okay. Clean hotel in the near by area. Value for Money. Food charges are pretty high. Room and toilet are bit stinky. Need room freshners.

Rooms are clean and neat. The service is good. Food is decent. Hotel is located in one of the prime location. All together wonderful experience.

Bed sheets can be changed. Old bed sheets with spilled over dried rice were there on the bed.

Charged us rs. 4, 415 per day and provided with a very small very small room which they usually charge about rs. 2000. This is absolutely cheating, and our guest were totally upset the way kanchi residency front office people had behaved.

Receptionist behaviour not professional. Took lot of time for entry. At inr 3500 room cost water bottle of just half ltr and no water cattle and tea facility. During check-out bill not given by morning shift receptionist. No to next time.

Ac was making sounds, bathroom shower was leaking which was uncomfortable to take normal bath, room was smelling.

Bathroom is not clean and hygene a/c in the room was not working annanagar is very good area for food

Position of room was pathetic, electric equipment fan and ac both stopped working at night and tap of toilet was broken.

The room quality was okay, but house keeping and reception staff was very rude, specially a man in reception during evening time was very very rude. It was sad to see the reception is talking to their guess in disgusting matter. Security staff is good and helped in parking car inside. Food and breakfast is good. Toilet may had an exhaust. Couple of light and switches were not working. Ac was good. Good quality and conformable mattress. Very good location.

No hot water in wash room from 2nd day onwards. We were offered key of another room which we declined

Please don't check in to this hotel. Especially family members. The hotel management treats the customers in a rude and harsh manner.

Hotel location was good, but the rooms as display not as per mmt. The food was good. Staff are also cooperative.
