Very bad experience
Very bad experience i had, small room nothing is there very very dirty linens, no toiletries nothing. Its a just room with very worst uncleaned bed

Good Experience and restroom facilities ba
Clean and polite but extra 30 mins will be charged so it's was unlikely from customers so it's not well the next level of the way

its new constructed one so there is no basic amenities even like mirrors also not there. Over al the experience is ok need to fulfill much better

Royal residency stay
Room was neat and clean but mirror was nlt hanged .No gated parking. Voltage fluctuations with fan..

Terrible service!
I had a prepaid booking. The hotel's check in time is 12 noon. We reached at 9:50pm. They made us wait for 30mins saying our room was not ready. Airconditioner was making cyclonic sounds, but zero cooling. No soap, shampoo in room. We had to leave at 4am. No one at desk at that time to even help us with toiletries or even check out.

Excellent Stay
Very nice and peaceful stay. No disturbance at all, good facilities nearby, AC worked perfectly all time, no problem in water. only ants come quickly if food is dropped. Perfect for night stay

Room was small but neat n clean. AC was good in working condition . Location is on road almost. Recommend

The stay was Good and pleasant with professional staff, Hotel is nearby Tambaram Station and connectivity is excellent, Reception staff is polite and helpful

good room in affordable price
for this price, the room is good. no issues with the room. since the new building, room and washroom are near and clean

Mirror was not there, Taps were not working properly, Bathroom window is open and can not be closed

only negative - room size small , other wice Good stafs , room was very cleane, Good ambiance . worth staying for families, couples, friends. it's very near for railway station.

The location is good.. but have to mention the services are excellent especially, the owner is always eager to help.

Average Stay
Room comfortable not much. Air conditioner not working properly. Bed is good. In the room don't have mirror. In my stay face power issue so many times. And the location very near by main road is good things. Complementary provided only water bottle and soap only not given towels. OverAll not bad good hospitality.

1)There are power fluctuations in the room. 2) ac was not working properly. 3) Towels were not provided by them. 4) The room size is also small.
