The hotel service is bad. 1) the room booked by us was given to other customers and we had to use a different room. 2) bed-sheets and bed cover were dirty and new one was not changed by the staff with reasons of rainy season hence the covers and bed sheet are not dry and we had to wait. 3) the free wifi connection is poor and only accessible when we are at the counter. 4) the staff were not friendly.

Receptionist is not good. Room smells bad. Rude behaviour. We have booked for 4 nights i. E. 18. 9. 23 12pm to 23. 9. 23 12pm but they are frequently asked to vacate the room as by considering 12 hours a day which is not good.

Located in a very congested place. No proper approach and poor ventilation. Receptionist is not up to the mark. Very old building and the quality of the room was not good. It is fit for solo tirupathi ttdc trip travelers only (not for family) who stay for a maximum of 4 to 5 hrs at night.
