The stay in that hotel was pathetic. They didn't sent any attended to carry our luggage till the room. The room was not upto the mark. Even the bedsheet was not clean. Railway track was hardly 10 feet from the hotel wall and the window was not proper soundproof, so entire night it sounded as if we are sleeping on the platform. For placing order for dinner, when i called, they said that printed menu is not available. I requested to send some person which they refused. However i ordered food via swiggy from some local outlet. At 21:57, i called reception to order 1 watter bottle to which they refused saying it's too late, room service not available. The ac control was not proper and room wall fan was not working. On making call to mmt customer care and having a long conversation for about 30mins and disturbing my sleep, then i got 1 watter bottle and one table fan in the room. Kindly recheck from the hotel management if i m wrong. Lastly the reason for writing this long mail is that stop giving unnecessary stars to such hotel. Because of your brand value i booked that hotel and it went out to be the biggest regret of mine in recent times. Also provide complete refund.
