Location was near to IIT campus. Food was decent. Rooms were spacious, clean and hygienic. Location was Peaceful

Location is good.neat & clean room as well as room & Other public areas.no disturbance .Transportation is so easy. beheavier is nice.

Great location - both accessible and quiet. Food served was hygienic and tasty. Good safety standards were followed.

No food provided due to lock down we have to either go out or order from restaurant.

I was too tired when i arrived at the hotel but couldn’t sleep because i think the bed sheets weren’t changed since lock down and all night i kept scratching my body. It was a weird experience. Though i don’t want the hotel to get a bad review but i definitely want to help the people who pay money and blindly book the rooms. No service boy available, cable tv won’t work. The phone in the room doesn’t work. So pay extra money and go to reputed hotels. I had an important meeting the next day and couldn’t rest at all.

Need more cleanliness and hygiene even they were not receiving high number of customers or profit. Bcoz every individual is paying for their room and food. So there will be not compromise in the maintenance services.

Room was neat, clean and spacious. Facilities were good. Food and service was below average.

Economical and decent option for a day or two stay

We had a good stay as a family and they were able to accommodate the early check-in and provided excellent service.

The hotel is good for family and business persons. Yup the rates are sky high but accepting the location. Good place and favourable location at Velachery. Ample parking space available.

The hotel is at quite peaceful place and top floor rooms makes us feel life like king size also the service is quicker there is some persons who also helps for language differences and breakfast was awesome.

Rooms are great, they've comfortable mattress, however one of the pillows was smelling bad, they changed it immediately. Location is good. Slightly expensive. Not a great value for money place. Hospitality was decent, they didn't take initiative to do anything, didn't even offer to carry my luggage to the room when I checked in.
