No cleanness, No basic requirements in Washroom, no service as per the description in the website. I Will not recommend to book for anyone

One of the worst hotel I have stayed till now. It's almost opposite to the photos which is shown on google. 1. No water bottel. 2. No Breakfast though you have booked breakfast in advance. 3. Hotel is full of mosquitoes. 4. No lift 5. No towels, shampoos, shops. 6. Staafs are not good.

FabExpress Earth is not a FabHotel—it’s just an property with a different name. The rooms are poorly maintained, the cleanliness is below average, and the service is disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested, and the amenities mentioned were either unavailable or not as expected. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

the room was so smelly and the bathroom was nasty. Horrible stay. They didn't provide any basic needs.

Oh god, This is one of my worst stay ever. I had quite a good opinion about FabHotels, which is the only reason, I went ahead with this booking.  As a first thing, I entered in the reception at 9 10 PM IST, the receptionist gave an expression that, why did I come booking. He was completely not in a favour of welcoming the customer at all. Receptionist made quite a few calls and assigned me a room. My first impression was, oh yuck, what a badly maintained room.. Very bad and dirty bathrooms .. and I feel so uncomfortable to use.. Linens were so dirty and am pretty sure, they havent changed it for a while. I was not feeling like sleeping in that all completely. I had reached the hotel pretty late in the night and was not having a chance to look out. Otherwise, I would have left by then. I would NOT book with fabhotels again. and this is my WORST experience and I had my biggest NIGHTMARE..

Useless. Cheaters. Didn't get the hotel booked. Shifted to another cheap hotel. Paid more for travel

Stay was ok. Staff was polite. But toiletries and towel was not provided until asked. Bed sheets were having stains on them. Breakfast was not cooked in house and it was cold when served. A little overcharged for the facilities they provide. Overall average.

Expected basic amenities like bath soap , bath towels etc . But coudn,t seen any; The bed sheets were soiled and torned. We booked this hotel after seeing FAB branding and expected minimum standards from them but seems they are like local lodge. Moreover you can,t see these branding anywhere you reach the hotel.

No cleanly ness, bed covers not cleaned, power cuts in the nights & no power back up for hotel. Please don't call this as hotel just call it dormitory.

Had a great stay at this property in chennai. I always choose fabhotels for my stay. Would recommend it to everyone

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in chennai as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Good budgeted hotel and very convenient for traveller's. I'm frequent traveller to chennai and been exploring budgeted hotel near airport and ramapuram. I found this to be really good.

No proper recieving felt insecure d hotel with family as it's in very closed place and with no female staff and only illiterate staff young guys seem to be terrifying and indiscipline d

Hotel is good, staffs friendly. The cleaning is where more work is required. Bathroom towels, soap etc were missing.

Great place to stay. Value for money
