Everything was terrible no fan was working, bathroom ,room was very untidy,low quality, also lots of mosquitoes were there so much ,no facility, terrible experience. I shouldn't have booked here, total waste of money. As pictures are shown ,nothing was like that. Everything was terrible at this hotel.

Advantages- public transport accessible location , arcot main road, quick check in and check out, good for emergency stay. Disadvantages: dirty beds and pillows, continuos leakage of water from bathroom taps, tv remote not working, no outside light and air.. fully congested.

one of the worst stays had booked two rooms and we did check in at around 6PM and the hotel was like we dont have two rooms - we can only accomodate with one single room. After paying for two rooms was forced to hear all the nonsense from this hotel team . worst.

Worst maintenance and cleaning

Hii Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff refused to provide the room at the booked price and said ₹1800 was the actual charge for one night. They told me to contact MakeMyTrip as they couldn’t help further. After an hour, they offered to shift me to another hotel, but the condition of that place was very poor. The room had a single bed, the cleanliness was terrible, and there was a bad smell. I didn't get any proper response from the hotel team, so I checked out within an hour. This was a disappointing experience overall.

i found this hotel wrist , lift is not in use,no kettle,no safe locker,dirty bedsheet and pillow,no blanket,no room service,no house keeping, reception they speek only tamil,whaever you complaint they don't care ,be careful before booking this hotel.thanks to MMT for cancellations of booking

Food they didn't ask about food or Menu card , about the room they mentioned on your side room size is deluxe but its not for 2 people its like Cage , Pillow Full of Semen and Blood Marks on it, Worst Part is bathroom bro even the gov bathroom is much cleaner and maintained and that hotel located between 2 narrow building worst part You can't get by Google map your Cab driver will curse you

Hotel is avarage if u single u want affordable u can stay but not for family mobile network is very low in room they provide WiFi

No power on rooms full night , very cheap behaviour on staff and owner side no more Response nd Respect very worst experience

The staff is courteous. The bed spread sheets were not clean and with stains. No hot water for the bathroom. Having to ask for them to get a bucket of hot water in case we need it. Most importantly the passage from the main road to the hotel is a small lane which is dirty and stinking.

The hotel was very bad…not what shown in images…room was stinking even the bathroom also the walls were leaking water…bedsheet were wet and torn

They cancel-led my booking i am trying from yesterday customer care no one s responding. I need refund. I didn't checked in they didn't provide room they told room is not available

U can't find a worst place like this in chennai. Very bad smell in room. No electrical items working except fan. Water bucket is highly vulnerable

Bathroom not cleaned, and every where bugs are there. And the way yo hotel also very disgusting

The best and cozy warmth stay. Best hospitality! worth the stay ! the rooms were so neat and clean. Properly maintained and pleasant.
