Fabhotel COSY Rooms (Near Embassies,DU South Campus)

Basic needs fulfilled. The location was tough to reach. No parking. Tinny property. But Guy was nice and helpful

guys pls don't book this this property is on 2 ND floor there is no lift and one staff is there he is very irresponsible he don't know how to behave with customers

Regarding Property's Food, I don't think any such facility is available there. Regarding location it looks located on a busy commercial area. Have no regrets. Regarding facility, the room looks quiet good and new. But the area of the room is not worth of Rs. 2500/- as it is small. Just imagine the light switches were provided behind the bed where access is very narrow such that you have to keep stretch the full arm deeper into the gap between bed and the wall to access the light switch. Bathroom was very tidy but failed to get hot water. May be I would have asked them but didn't do. The grave concern is there is no sign board of the hotel to locate easily. It was just written on an electrical box which was fixed on wall / wall pillar with toilet " COSY 17". You don't believe me if I say it took me 15 minutes to locate the hotel with multiple enquiries. Believe me I got soap, shampoo and towel on request. I didn't get any bed sheet that night. This shows the room boy's inexperience or unqualified and the overall the service. But the warm reception of the person named Mr Thapash was extraordinary and I was admired. As a positive comment his attitude and his polite speech is a big plus to the hotel COSY. Lastly but not least his polite approach made me to ignore all negatives mentioned above and checked out with smile.

nice.... neat & new room... good washroom... no breakfast available but nearby many reasonable restaurants.. no lift, only steps... check out on time otherwise 1000 will charge.

Stayed for business purposes. Small room, clean and well maintained. Ventilation only via AC. Neat n clean bathroom, No heater in my bathroom. That's a good stay near by we have restaurants

The room was unhygienic. Some Furniture placed in the room was broken. Basic amenities like food, toiletries and Television were not available. The bathroom was of size 3x3 feet and shower and exhaust were not working.

A comfortable stay if you're on a tight budget.

The host was sweet and the rooms were clean. Great stay..
