We had a night's stay here. Pros: 1. Cost - Cheap for a 2bhk apartment 2. Location 3. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was good Cons: 1. Not very clean - could find baby cockroaches 2. Very very loud traffic noises. could not sleep peacefully for 30 mins 3. The queen bed and the linens were not so clean and cannot fit a 6 foot person

Fantastic place. Best choice for family

The location is very near to main road. Rooms are compact in size with queen beds in both rooms. Room, bathroom and kitchenette were all very clean. Rooms had ventilation but no window in the hall. No balcony in 2bhk. Probably the only drawback was the size of room; it was just enough for the bed. After that very less space even to open the trolley. Zomato and Swiggy deliver till door step. Overall decent place to stay for 1-2 nights.

sorry to tell this , I booked 2bhk apartment and paid for it. But in hotel when I reached there,at last minute thy provided me single room which was very bad and have not refunded any amount as thy promised. pls don't do this again ,we trusted make my trip and booked. But it was cheating.

neat, tidy and comfort place to stay on a travel with family

It's located near Kalakshetra Foundation. Near to market and Bus terminus. Amenities and services are satisfactory. Complimentary breakfast is not available. One can order food from outside. Caretaker was cooperative.

Had a very comfort stay.. Rooms were very neat and clean.... Restrooms were also clean and tidy.... overall our stay was good....

Rooms are good, clean, spacious. There are 1 and 2BHK rooms available here. We stayed in a 2 BHK. It had all the required amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, Induction cooktop, Electric Kettle, basic kitchen utensils, aur conditioner in both the rooms, television in both the rooms as well as living room, fan, wardrobes etc. You get all the things that you see in the listing pictures. Washrooms are attached to both the rooms. It's clean and tidy. The only downside is they clean room only once in 3 days if you are living for longer duration but ofcourse you will get cleaned room while checking in. Overall I would recommend this. It's value for money.

Stay at seasons 4 rental was excellent. Rooms are excellent and location is very convenient. Some breakfast options can make the stay even more comfortable.

Very small space compared to those photos displayed. Prime location. Rooms clean, but could be been maintained better. Supportive staff.

I booked the apartment for my family to stay for a function they were happy for choosing a good service apartment. I’ll definitely recommend for a family to stay. It’s reasonable and rooms are clean and well maintained.

We are booked earlier for 2bhk and payed full payment and block the room for 4 persons. But allotted 1bhk. It was a bad experience for us with mmt.

This apartment is fully furnished and have all daily usage equipment. Clean and maintain hygiene. Near to market.
