Location is ok but the property owner don’t know how to run the business, poor house keeping etc.........

Property was booked in advance, on reaching the property they told it’s full, had to find another location. They were not taking any accountability of the incorrect booking being made.

worst experience...worst service...Careless staff. I gone there 2 hours prior due to my flight schedule & while reaching there front staff asked me to wait outside. I requested to sit atleast as I had early morning flight from Kolkata to Chennai but he denied I have been left to manage my own worst experience..

Property location was odd. No food provided. Care taker was eager to know howmuch I paid. Given towel was dirty and not usable. Room and toilet was good and clean.

There is no proper responsible, no room service, there is no chair in the reception. This residence is not worth for the room rent

2-bad. The room was good. But as a family, they suggested 2 rooms for 2 adults &2 kids with age 12 and 14. That also they allotted one in the ground floor and one in the top. There were no much rooms, so we don't feel comfortable to stay separately. We wish to stay in the single room and asked for an extra bed. But, they didn't provide. We asked whether you will return the amount for the 2nd room, we were not used. The incharge person said it is not possible. There should be some option in make my trip, to complaint about these discomforts at the time of boarding.
