Excellent experience. Staff is very good. Ambience is good. Well maintained. Budget friendly hotel.

Decent room but poor services and food quality, breakfast preparation is not adequate, low variety, cleanliness is concerna and a almost of 50% items finished at 9 am.

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Management and service staff were very professional.Room AC was not working properly but after I complain they sent electrician immediately for sorting out the issue. Overall a rejuvenating experience.

I stayed 2nd time here and giving 1 star only because of the loud rooftop bar music from watson. They were having a DJ night and it’s soo loud that the music and vibration can be felt in my room. Hotel staff is aware and many guests have complained but they won’t stop the music until mid night (after repeated calls) so, if you want quiet, vibration free room, don’t stay here on DJ nights. Rest all is good in terms of food, location, but this DJ night ruined our stay

Property is very good and the room was very clean, neat and tidy. Their restro bar was nice. Breakfast buffet was decent enough, good verities were there. However in room dining food menu options were not enough, food was tasty, but didn’t worth the prices quoted and was not satisfied with the variety of the food menu. Overall stay was good and can recommend the hotel. Staff were good and friendly, also helpful.

Property is in prime location and good. But as shown while booking they didn’t provide double bed in rooms . Also asked for cake as it was special occasion, my birthday they said they can’t provide .. service is not as assured

Cons: The experience was terrible. I had booked 1 Superior room with breakfast for 2 females (wife and mother). The room allotted was 107, on first floor. The room had a broken window that the management did not know about. This was a big security concern for the 2 females. Next issue - When my family went for breakfast their washroom was used and not flushed. They requested to see the CCTV camera footage since it was another security issue. Initially they denied to show the footage. Then the management convenient said that very same morning there was drainage problem in rooms 106, 107, and 108. The washroom waste was flowing from one room’s bathroom to the other. The front desk manager - she kept on changing her statements when confronted. The front desk lady manager kept on delaying getting a solution. The front desk lady manager agreed there was a problem and when asked to give a written statement she started questioning my family and started doubting them. When my family asked to speak to the general manager, they said he was busy on a call. Even after requesting to talk the general manager, because my family had to catch a flight, they insisted he’s on a call and can’t meet. He did finally meet my family but they had to hurry for the flight. He showed the video footage. He also agreed to email a reply to us but that we haven’t received yet. No one had entered the room when my family went for breakfast. The front desk manager, the general manager had various replies to the same drainage problem. The replies were the problem was at 7:30-8am even before the guests had checked out; the other guests didn’t complain; the problem started the same morning; they will look into it. With the above varying statements it is clear that they were lying. They were aware of the drainage problem and still allotted the room.

i asked veg food they given me non veg. no hanger , door key was not working . it is horrible. Never go
